He was very quick and he did a great job. He came out and put it right up and it looks fantastic. He continually kept us posted on what was going on and when he would be finished and be able to install it.

I telephoned him to arrange a free estimate site visit for the following week. He was punctual for that visit, polite and attentive. At that visit we discussed the over all look, size and support it would need. He took measurements, and examined the walls to confirm what kind of securing it would require. He left after we had discussed all aspects of the rod including the possible design, which he said he would draw 4-5 designs. He then told me to expect the estimate in the mail within the next 7-10 days, and along with that he would include the designs. He was well under his estimated time for mailing me. The designs were unique, and he had incorporated the style of the house/room. He has been commissioned to do the work for which he had informed me there would be a wait time of 10 weeks. The cost included instillation. I have seen many examples of Paul's work during an art fair and know that the quality is excellent, which only adds to my excitement anticipating the project.
