appliance repair
+ -1 moreWe called on a Thursday morning. They said the repair guy would be out at 5pm that day. At 5:40pm he called to say he was stuck in traffic and wasn't coming. We rescheduled him for the following Saturday from 10am-12pm. At 12pm I called to see if he was coming still. He called back at 12:15pm and said he had the flu and would be right over. I told him to not come sick. He was the only repair man with the company and said he would come Monday between 11am and 12pm. Monday at 12:15pm I called because no one had arrived and cancelled the request. At 12:30pm he called back wanting to know where I was located and tried to argue he had been sick on the weekend. This does not excuse not calling for two appointments and not showing up for any of them though.
