+ -1 moreVery unprofessional individual to work with. The first agent in our past 15 years of buying/selling properties who has not cared for clients after getting her check at closing. We had a tough time with her after closing but thanks lord it is over now. There are so many great agents out there who cover Carmel, Fischers, Zionsville and Indy area. Do yourself a favor and find an agent who cares about you and not just your check. I would give her a zero star if I could but not a possibility here. Thanks for reading...

Description of Work: Angie was the realtor for my Indianapolis condo and worked professionally with great regard to see that the place was in the market and got an accepted offer. When we were in the home stretch, however, we were working with a difficult buyer whose issues added up to two to three extra weeks at my personal expense before the client could move into for sale. At that point, I had to become the one who had to do much of the work between the one to work on our deal with the buyer's mortgage company rather than Angie, as it felt like she just stopped doing her job. I was glad to have the sale done, alas, and when I asked Angie to to help me recover my three weeks of most expenses for her not doing her part of the job, she explained to me that she believed she had well earned her commission. I won't worm with her again. myself and the buyer, and Angie wasn't willing to adjust her commission in my favor.
