Andrews Florist

Everyone in the shop is very friendly and it is a LOT bigger than it looks from the outside. They recognize me when I come in, and I like that, and I can tell they really care about their customers. They have a wide selection of fresh cut flowers on Friday's, and they usually last a very long time (and I do not have a green thumb!). I like that I can take my time picking out flowers and put together my own bouquets depending on my mood. I have recommended so many people to Andrews, and they have all become frequent customers! Their roses are HUGE and they they have a great selection of colors - they are the most beautiful roses I have ever seen, and I get so many comments on how beautiful they are every time I purchase them. I have never ordered any arrangements from them, but I have seen arrangements they have designed and they are classy, tasteful, and very well done.

I received flowers at work and they looked nothing like the picture that was displayed online. When I called back to let them know that I was unhappy, the woman who answered the phone was argumentative, defensive, and extremely rude despite their satisfaction guarantee. They ended up coming to pick up the first bouquet and delivered a new one that was still extremely poor quality. Once I discussed my situation with a couple of coworkers, I found out that two of them have had the same experience with this florist in which they ordered flowers based on the picture online and when they were delivered, they were very poor quality flowers and not even close to looking like the online image.

FANTASTIC. This was not the first time I had used them either. They sold me a bouquet a few months ago. They are the only shop I go to when I need to buy flowers.
