Description of Work: Nothing! I stopped by over the 4th of July weekend,and asked for an estimate for new landscape design at my condo. A clerk checked with a supervisor regarding a timeline,and I was told the following week someone would visit. After several weeks went by with not contact, I called them. I was told the estimator had been very busy due to rain delays and would be about soon; my request was found and I re-confirmed address/contact number. I've yet to hear from them and today is September 27th. I am guessing that it's been decided by the owners that they do not need any more work, hence their lack of customer service. I'll not give them a second chance.

Description of Work: Purchased plants from the garden center and planted ourselves, but they planted ornamental tree and delivered mulch. They gave us good advice and design recommendations for our yard so that we could do it ourselves. We saved money and got great results.

Description of Work: We love Andrea's. There shrubs, annuals, and perineals are always so healthly and beautiful. We just had 3 treee planted and the installers were prompt, courteous, very meticulous and the trees are fantastic. They guarantee the trees for 1 year which is a huge plus since we lost a tree last year that we got somewhere else with no guarantee.

Description of Work: All of the box stores and most garden shops had no trees and shrubs left and we needed landscaping. Went to Andrea's. They still had excellent stock and were most helpful with our selections. We used them again this year for more landscaping plants. Good folks.

Description of Work: IN NOVEMBER, WE BOUGHT A 6' FAT ALBERT SPRUCE FROM THEM WITH A FALL DISCOUNT OF 30%. WE ASKED THEM TO DELIVER - BUT OPTED NOT TO PAY FOR THEM TO PLANT IT. WE DUG THE HOLE, THEY MOVED THE TREE FROM THE TRUCK TO THE BACK OF OUR LOT. THEY ADJUSTED THE HOLE A LITTLE - ADDED SOME SOIL BACK IN. POPPED THE TREE IN THE HOLE. AND THEN THEY USED A ROD TO ADJUST IT TO GET IT STRAIGHT. WE JUST HAD TO FILL IN SOME SOIL. DELIVERY CHARGE WAS $30 OF THE TOTAL.
