It was an excellent experience. They were very professional.

Called the company twice requesting a sales rep contact me. Nobody from the company contacted me to schedule an appointment. Guess they are not interested in my business.

Came out to the house and found that a board had worked itself loose. He fixed the problem and then proceeded to not even charge me!

John from AMOS did a roof inspection following a hail storm. Although many in the neighborhood had damage my roof escaped significant damage but while on the roof John repaired a couple shingles that were blown off at no charge. Another company previously inspected and offered to fix the roof for their $275 flat fee so obviously I'm pretty happy with John and AMOS. It just reaffirmed the other AMOS reviews I saw here and they'll have a future customer when my roof actually needs replaced.

Promised to reimburse me when they used my electricity (without asking) for over two weeks to work on other people's homes. The VP lied to Kirkpatrick that he had authorized payment. No payment received. My electric jumped by $100. Very **** ** someone who is retired.

I would very highly recommend Amos Exteriors. We called to have a roof evaluated on a house we had for sale and JR Lynch was out within a matter of hours, quickly provided a very reasonable price, had us scheduled and a new roof installed in no time. We were in a real time crunch trying to get the roof replaced before our scheduled closing and Amos Exteriors came through for us. JR even coordinated with another one of our contractors on scheduling so we could save a significant amount of money. JR even went above and beyond taking care of us to get us through an inspection so we could close the deal. Best of all, Amos Exteriors was good for us as sellers and even better for our buyer, giving them a brand new roof that looks great!!!

The person that came to do the work, I wish their communication had been better. They told me they were going to be back the next day. They came over a couple of days. They did a portion of the work one day, said they were going to be back the next day, and then I didn't see them. That was on a Friday I think and then they didn't show up until Monday. There was no communication that they weren't going to make it on Saturday. They had a situation come out with a job that they were finishing on Saturday prior to coming back to do mine or if that was their plan,there should have been an apology saying sorry for not foreseeing that complication and they would be sure to be here on Monday to have me taken care of. There was nothing, there was no call and so I was a little frustrated with that. I think the quality of their work was good, but their communication was not. This was one of the instances where I went with somebody because of a referral from a friend, and I did not get multiple estimates so I don't know how they would have compared honestly if I had gotten multiple bids the way that I usually do. I think they did good work when they were there so I was pleased with the outcome. I'm not sure that I would use them again. I talked to their manager and they had estimated higher and they did give me a little bit of a discount to kind of adjust things so they were responsive in that regard. I basically talked to their people and said they really appreciate my feedback. They were responsive when I complained about the individual that did the work about their lack of communication. They did good quality work so the individual was well trained but I didn't appreciate the fact that they didn't communicate as well as they ought to have.

Window had a leak and I called Amos to repair. The appointment was made and they showed up on time and were very professional. The price was good and they didn't try to sell me all new windows in the whole house. They were not high pressure at all. It was a very good experience.

Our experience with Amos Exteriors was excellent and we are very satisfied. Our salesman was very professional, attentive, returned our phone calls quickly and answered all our questions - He was very impressive I must say - He submitted our claim promptly and our Insurance Company denied it - the salesman then contacted Spartans (a third party adjuster) and the claim was approved. He then scheduled our roof to be installed, made arrangements for our siding and screens to be fixed. The installers was prompt, quick and did a wonderful job. They cleaned the trash and nails from our yard and I could not be happier with the service that was provided. Spartans remained in contact with us and our salesman maintaining all the claims paperwork - I must say one of the easiest claims processes I have ever been through. The owner of Amos contacted us several times checking the status of the job and making sure we was happy with the work and service. This service was above exceptional and I would recommend Amos Exteriors to anyone seeking home improvement. #very good service!!

We worked with Wes and he was great! Very accommodating and polite, explained the whole process. They showed up on time and completed with no problems.

I recently managed a "request for proposal" project for gutter installation on two of my investment properties. The process included 10 prospective installers, of which 2 became finalists including Amos Exteriors. I ultimately selected the other finalist, but it was a very difficult decision to make and the decision could easily have been made to go with Amos. Amos was very responsive to my instructions on the bid process, and they provided the best pricing of all the prospective companies. When speaking with Monty over the phone he did a great job of explaining the installation process, their company, and their values. I will definitely keep Amos in mind for my next home exterior project.

Overall the service was excellent. It took a few weeks to schedule the work due to the weather, but once scheduled the work was done quickly. Other than the newly installed gutters, which look great, we barely noticed anyone had been there.

They did a good job. They were excellent. They did a fantastic job. They're reliable and they will come back and they will follow up if you have any problem.

Mike called me back the same day and sent Jake out next day. Jake is a great guy, he has always been there for me on all of my roofing jobs with Amos. he showed up on time with a helper and got on my roof and took care of me. everyone at Amos is nice and respectful of you and your home. they have always been there for me and come when i need anything in a timely manner. i never get the run around or the " were busy" from Amos, and that's why i only use them! they are the best!

Painter David Wood was awesome. Did a great job. left no mess, was on time.

They have done 4 roofs for me. They are respectful of my home, clean up after everything, and do a wonderful job! You don't have to pay for the job until it is completed and you are satisfied. You don't have to stress over them.

Everything went as scheduled. They took extra precautions to protect our pergola, landscape, and siding.work and all meetings with our sales representative and the office was excellent. This is the 3rd time our family has used Amos to replace roofs. We have not had any problems with any of them over a five-year period. An excellent company.

I couldn't recommend Amos Exteriors more highly. They were a one stop shop, because they were able to handle all the work we required. The insurance company had underbid the amount of work needed and Amos worked with them to make it right. We paid only our deductible and everything was done to a top notch level. We were really impressed with them and have recommended them to friends and family members.

Work got started much later than we might have liked because of problems with the insurance company. We were promised that the work would be done before the snow flies. Once work started, it was done in two stages. The roof was replaced first. It looks so much better, and we have not seen any leaks yet. The gutters and wrap were done about a month later. They also look good. It took a while for the job to be completed after that because there were some electrical wire at the back of the house that needed to be reattached. Apparently the wires were not in good shape. Amos made sure that they were repaired and reinstalled.

Great. No complaints. Clean up was unbelievable.

Called to have siding repaired from storm damage. J.R. Lynch came out on time as scheduled and was very professional. He gave me options to repair and to have the siding replace. He was very knowledgeable in siding and I decided to get a full replacement. The crew came out and very very nice and professional also. Clean up was great and they were courteous, too. I would recommend them to anyone.

Amos replaced our roof which had been damaged by a late spring hail storm. Their recommendations about replacement product selection proved to be exactly what we needed. The installation work was outstanding and completed by a courteous crew who cleaned up well. The one small installation question was addressed promptly and completed on the day after the initial installation. Overall, I was very impressed. I would definitely use this contractor again!

It was hail damage. Our insurance covered most of it. The work and job itself was okay. They were sloppy and messy. They left a big dumpster in front of our garage for three weeks. They left a box of nails on top of the roof that fell off. The nails were all over our yard.

They went ahead and corrected the siding issues that I had around my bedroom window and my kitchen window. Their sales manager Chris has been awesome to work with, made sure that I was left happy and that all work was corrected on their end.

It was wonderful. I'd hire them again!
