I previously had given this company a unfavorable review. The company owner promptly contacted me about the issues and then he came out to redo the inspection and correct issues that were included in the coupon deal. He was professional and caring. I believe the issue might have been with the employee or maybe the corrections that were to be made and the report just got lost in the shuffle as things happen. I would call on this company again

Mark from Amos came twice, once to look at the leak from the inside. At that time, the roof was wet, so nothing could be done. He called and came back on the next warm dry day and sealed around the pipe that was causing the problem. He did not charge for the work done. I would highly recommend this company and Mark. We will definitely call again for any other repairs or replacement in the future.

Scott Terry came to the house immediately to inspect the damage. He was very professional and did a thorough inspection and analysis. He is very knowledgeable and did all he could do to schedule roof repair as quickly as possible. I hired another company because they could make repairs immediately and able to save a little on the price. I would not hesitate to hire Amos Exteriors to replace my entire roof in the near future.

Nate Holmes was my contact person with Amos. He made sure that workers experienced with flat roofs did my job. Once the weather cooperated, the work was completed in a couple of days. Nate was very personable and efficient. He sent photos of the progress and inspected it upon completion. I am very satisfied with the results.

He said he would send someone out to fix the few things he saw and I have never heard from him since. He is professional and friendly but I cant give a positive review because of lack of follow through unless I misunderstood. So basically I paid him to come and take a gander at roof from the ground I believe. So at this point I would have to say it was a waste of time and money.

It was great working with Nate Holmes on getting my gutters replaced on my house. He took the time inspecting my gutters to make sure they were done right and in a timely manner.

The job could not have gone any better. John with Amos Exteriors showed up 10 minutes early to the appointment. Even with it slightly raining, he was able to review the exterior and roof of the home. He gave me honest feedback around things to look for, things I could do to prolong the life of the siding/roof, and did not once try and upsell me to a product I didn't need or a new roof. He replaced a few shingles for me that I wished to have replaced free of charge as well (I already had the shingles). John is one of the good ones- I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.

To start off, I worked with a great project manager by the name of Mark Kiemeyer. I have an older home and had to replace all my gutters and soffits. He walked me through step by step what would need to happen to make sure everything was how it should be. When the project started, Mark was there every day to make sure everything was being done right and correctly. I am very happy with the work that was done and my home has definitely benefitted from it. I would definitely use Mark and this company again for any exterior project I have in the future.

When his repair crew was delayed, he personally made the shingle repairs needed. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and I would certainly call Amos (and Mark) for additional work in the future and would recommend them to others.

The Amos staff did an outstanding job of replacing my roof, at a minimum of cost. The effort was managed by one of the nicest, most professional men I've ever worked with, Mr. Mark Kiemeyer. Kudos, Mark, for an excellent job.

The entire project from the estimate to its finish couldn’t have gone better. Project Manager, Nate Holmes, provided me with an estimate for the work and once I chose Amos Exteriors to do the project; he was in constant communication with me providing me with updates when the workers would be arriving to perform the work. In addition, Nate was always very prompt in returning my phone calls when I had a question regarding the project. He even had the roofers return to fix the chimney flashing when it wasn’t installed to his satisfaction. The serivices provided were the installation of Owens Corning TruDefiniton Duration shingles to both the house and the garage and new gutters and downspouts to the garage. The total cost of the project was $8742.

Jeffrey came to our house and explained the whole process and the cost of roof and gutter replacement. He made us feel very comfortable with the process and dealt with the insurance company for us. He was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process, The roofing and gutter crews did an outstanding job with the replacement and were very polite and cleaned the job site thoroughly. I am pretty particular when it comes to work on my house that I can't do myself, they really impressed me with their work ethic...I would highly recommend Amos Exteriors to anyone that needs work done.

Amos Exteriors' to my wonderful surprise (these days!) had a representative answer their phone promptly and I was transferred to an appropriate general manager/dispatcher. He was very courteous, listened carefully and spent considerable time with me on the phone. He said he would get out their inspectors to us later that day; I was greatly relieved as I certainly did not expect a service call/inspection on the very same day that I phoned! Indeed, two inspectors, "J.R." and "Brendan" came promptly later that afternoon. They diagnosed the problems, discussed them with me carefully, answering all my questions; in one business day, they returned, got out their roofers' ladders, and in a timely manner resolved what could have eventually become serious. I was very satisfied with Amos Exteriors' professionalism and prompt response/customer service; and, I thought their price for services was very fair. I will definitely call Amos Exteriors for any future roofing or other exterior concerns with our property--Amos Exteriors gets two thumbs up from me!

The estimator was friendly, honest and fair. The crew was on time and very polite. They are professionals at their craft and ensured the job was done the right way, even though it took longer than anticipated. They stayed late and got it done in one day. They took care of everything. I was assigned to DC with the military and already living there when they completed the estimate. Turns out, I had some installation flaws with the original roof and it would need replaced entirely. Instead of repairing the roof, we took the cost off the selling price of the home in order to close faster, but if I had started, I would have used Amos for my roof replacement.

Had Amos do our insulation above our 3rd car garage bay for the Winter which helped maintain the heat in our garage a ton! Just this last week we had some high winds that tore some of our roofing off...I sent a message to these guys and they were, no joke, at my house to repair the damaged roofing within an hour! Amazing turnaround time, neighbors already asked for their info from the roof situation, and genuinely nice guy that came out to help.

The job was completely and done exactly as described They even found some holes under the old roof and repaired those at no additional cost.
