I recently replaced carpet with LVP flooring on the first floor of my home. I shopped at several places, but chose America's Floor Source because of Karen Khe and her outstanding customer service! She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire project. Their installers were punctual, polite, and most importantly, meticulous. They addressed every one of my questions and requests, and the finished project is beautiful. I will definitely use them for any future projects in my home.

Great company to work with. I am very picky about quality and cost of carpet, Karen took the time to help me pick out the best carpet to cover 3,000 square feet of our new home. The installer, Mike Beason and his team did a great job. They were professional, courteous and did an excellent job. This is my 8th house for carpet and this was one of the best teams I have worked with.

Jacob, the salesman who sold us the carpet, was helpful and informative. It was not a high-pressure pitch. He worked with us as it was difficult to find the proper time to install as we were having painting and woodworking done in our home at the same time. When it did come time to install, the crew that did the installation was fantastic! They were clean, efficient, and did a great job moving around furniture to ensure the carpet was installed properly.

We moved into our home 3 1/2 years ago. Just this past week we opted to transition some of our carpeted areas to hardwood so we brought back in America’s Floor Source, who did the initial installation through Fischer Homes. They deserve a huge shout out because, not only did they do two pretty big areas in one day, the original wood and the new wood matches perfectly! We highly recommend them. 😊

The carpet ordering process and installation went very well. America's Floor Source was very flexible with several chances that occurred in our installation date. The gentlemen who completed the installation was very careful with our newly finished basement and paid close attention to detail when installing the carpet pattern. Chris came by at the beginning and end of the installation to check on how things were going and to ensure the carpet was being installed as we discussed (pattern direction, within closet space, etc.). I was undecided about what kind of wood floor to get and the team guided me to excellence. We ordered on Tuesday and it was fully installed by 9 a.m. on Saturday. I couldn't be more pleased. It looks great. What is key to whether it was great is that It was rented within 24 hours after installation. The floor covering was the star of the show. Thanks for all of your work. They were completely professional and detail orientated. Any issues I had were immediately addressed. I work for a property management company and we have them do the majority of our work.

This company was paid by Westport Homes to remove existing vinyl and replace it with a different vinyl in a new home. Their installers laid it over the existing vinyl and after I moved in I noticed the vinyl separating at the the seams. They scheduled an appointment to inspect the problem and no one showed. We called to follow up and were told it was some new person's fault for not putting the job on the calendar. Appointment is reschedule a man named Josh shows up and agrees it is a tear out and replace. However, the vinyl is on back order and will take two weeks to get. We wait two weeks, hear nothing, call the company to find out status and learn from a man named Dave that the order was never placed because it wasn't totaled the way Theresa who places the orders could read. Instead of asking someone, she simply put the file away. Dave tells us they will order the vinyl this time but it is on back order so it will take a couple of weeks. Tired of dealing with them and the fact that I can't proceed with any other home improvements until the vinyl is replaced, I selected a different vinyl. At last installation day arrives. The Mexicans who installed the vinyl incorrect the first time show up to do the job. They work about an hour, have a medical emergency and leave. Now Dave tells us it will be Tuesday before they can find another subcontractor to come out and install the new vinyl. A job that should have taken 2 days ended up taking four days. Now I have to wait for painters to repaint my molding. Given a choice I would never use this company. They lied about the first appointment, their office has no idea what is happening in the field. Their communication between themselves and the subcontracts is poor. The same with their communication with the customer. We had to reach out to them. My home was left dusty and dirty. Once the floor was installed, they never called to see if we were satisfied with the work. Given a choice I would never do business with this company again.
