Estimate appointment was timely and proposal arrived a couple of days later. The project was outlined clearly and pricing was reasonable. I was contacted 30 minutes before arrival when work began. Christopher was the lead and was courteous and polite. I appreciated that they wore booties in house and laid down tarp around work area.

There was slight mix up on faxing to Terri. I sent a confirmed fax to the number of the company fax number. However, they said that they never receive it. On insulation day, Alpine employees said was going to be $1,000.00 for vapor barrier & insulation. Which I marked out "no vapor barrier" on the contract. I told the employees I only wanted insulation. I called the office to get ahold of Terri. She was not there. After the employees sit in their truck for 15 minutes. I got ahold of the crew manager. Then he called the employees and they started. I did a great job and showed me pictures of finished work. The only slight complaint is self awareness. Making sure you have the fax received. Not waiting the day of the project saying that you don't have the documents. When I sent it 14 days earlier.

Mr. Adams came out and gave us a very fair estimate. His crew blew in insulation to bring the home up to code. One area had no insulation at all! The service took 1/2 a day. Mr.Adams and his crew were polite, courteous, and professional.

They were referred by one of their competitors who did not have any openings until later this month. Even more impressive, they came out on a Saturday morning which I believe is outside their normal business hours! I was in a jam and needed my ducts cleaned before HVAC install on Monday. Extremely courteous and professional from my initial contact with them to the technicians, Chris and Sam, who performed the work. Very thorough, cleaned up well and great value. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend to others.

They did an excellent job removing mold in my basement that was present on the floor joints due to high humidity. They also tested an area in the attic - test showed mold not present. BEWARE, 2 estimates with other companies said I did have mold without testing. Mark was very helpful - explained the cleaning process and gave me advice about a dehumidifier.

It went flawlessly. Dave was in contact quickly after I sent the company a message. He answered all of my questions and he quoted a very competitive price. His team arrived at the job site ahead of schedule on the day of installation and were professional and courteous.

I called and attempted to explain to the owner what was going on. I wanted to set up an appointment so I can get an estimate. Being that it was an Insurance claim he wanted to make sure the $$ from the insurance company was going to pay. Even if they didn't, I had the $$ to take care of this issue so why is the insurance company approved amount so important? He took my number, ended the conversation quickly and hung up. Just rude! No thank you!

Alpine Group did an excellent job of remediating the mold in our crawlspace. I had a total of three estimates, and Alpine Group's was the highest. However, I decided to go with Alpine Group because of the procedure they use to remove the mold and because of Dave Adams, the owner. Dave is extremely professional and prompt in responding to any questions. But, beyond that, I trust Dave. I feel if I were to have any issues, he would look into the situation as soon as possible and come up with a solution.
