Description of Work: I used the services of Alpine Maintenance Group Inc. They cleaned up some black mold on our basement and recommended Indiana Foundation which we went to and they were very good.

Description of Work: My need was a bit different than most. Birds had nested in the vent to my downstairs bathroom. Unfortunately the smell was overwhelming to the point where the bathroom was unusable. After having 2-3 other companies assure me they could resolve my problem only to hear "no can do!!" when they showed up, I found Alpine. Mark talked to me a few time on the phone to make sure we both understood what was expected. He came to my house to do a review and determine if he could fix the problem. On the day of service, Mark and the technician were early and discussed the process with me again. Then they proceeded. In very short order, the problem was resolved. I am now bird and odor free. And I can use my downstairs bathroom and the rest of the lower level. Later this year I will schedule Alpine to come out and clean my air ducts.

Description of Work: Blow in insulation in attic space with a 4/.12 pitch roof. Added baffles and vented bathroom fan. Curtis performed the work quickly and in a professional manner. His helper, Ryan, knew what he was doing and kept the work flow constant. I would highly reccomend this crew.

Description of Work: We are in the process of buying a 16 year old home and found evidence of mold during the inspection. Our inspector recommended Alpine and contacted them on our behalf. Within hours I was contacted by Garry to schedule a free estimate. He came out the next day to re-inspect the findings of our home inspector. To my surprise, he had already sent two of his employees out ahead of himself to inspect the property, and then he re-inspected their findings to ensure nothing was overlooked. This was one of the most detailed inspections I have ever seen done in order to provide a free estimate! If their work is as detailed as their estimation process, I would definately consider hiring them. We are hoping that the sellers will allow us to hire Alpine to complete this important task.
