They were very helpful. When I called to get an estimate they explained all of their work and processes. They were very nice and answered all of my questions. They scheduled work for just a few days off. They came on time and finished all work in a timely manner.

Two workers arrived on time, were very polite and informative. Work was done from the outside of the house, so no interior mess.

Though I did not use their services yet, I most certainly would in the future. When their estimator came out, he helped me solve my problem , instead of trying to sell me their product. To me this was a true example of putting their customer first.

I tell you what, they could not have been any better. I was completely impressed with the two men who came out to do this. They cleaned, sanitized and sprayed for mold. They were great from start to finish.

THE OWNER, GARRY STEINKE, WAS VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT THEIR SERVICES. HE AND HIS STAFF WERE TIMELY AND VERY POLITE. THE COST OF THIS SERVICE WAS REASONABLE FOR THE TIME REQUIRED TO COMPLETE.

They arrived 10 minutes early and were very polite and professional. The work was done within an hour and a half on my very small home even though I had been told it might take three hours. While they were the highest priced of the three companies I called, the saleman seemed the most knowledgeable and so I selected them. The workmen were also very knowledgeable and explained fully what they were going to do and why. They moved a ton of furniture without complaint and replaced everything when they were done. After hearing 35 years of accumulated dirt go through the vacuum, I'm happy with what they accomplished. The final test will be the air quality in the weeks ahead.

The actual insulation was fine as far as I can see. They were supposed to check the duct work in the crawl and they have no done that yet. I was not home when it was done. He stated that he was not satisfied with the workers reports and was going to have someone else conduct it.

Shawn and Glenn were on time and did an exceptional job. They explained the process, showed me the equipment. They were courteous of my child and myself while in the house. They were also very good about cleaning up any mess and making sure the equipment didn't damage furniture, carpet or areas where it needed to go through the house. Overall an excellent experience!

The Alpine technicians were friendly and courteous and they even showed us the dirt and debris suctioned from the ducts. I highly recommend this company and would use them again on the future.

The team from Alpine Group Air Duct & Insulation were great. They answered all my questions and were very courteous to me. They also did a very good job cleaning up after themselves.

When contacted by phone, I asked if they did basement waterproofing (because that was the category I was looking under.) The phone receptionist put me on hold, telling me she would connect me with Doug. After holding for a while, the same woman came back on the phone and asked if she could help. I again asked if they did basement waterproofing and she said she didn't know, that all she did was answer the phone. This is an A graded company by you??

DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE EARLY TO THE APPOINTMENT AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING, AND WERE DONE PRIOR TO THE TIME QUOTE I WAS GIVEN.

THEY DID REPLACE THE CLOTHES DRYER DUCT IN THE CRAWL SPACE AREA.

FOUND GARRY TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE, UPFRONT, AND TRUE TO HIS WORD. WE CALLED AND NEEDED HIM OUT THE NEXT WEEK AND HE MADE IT-- AND FOR A GREAT PRICE! I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

THIS COMPANY CAME WITH A PERSONAL REFERRAL BUT THEIR PRICE WAS MUCH HIGHER THAN STEAMATIC.

THE WORKERS WERE SOMEWHAT RUSHED. THE AREA AROUND SOME OF THE DUCTS WAS LEFT DIRTY, AND MY CARPET WAS STAINED UNDER ONE OF THE CEILING DUCTS. THEY STATED THEY CLEANED THE FURNACE WELL, BUT THE FILTER THE NEXT DAY WAS PRETTY DIRTY. I REALLY QUESTION THE OVERALL QUALITY OF THEIR WORK.

THE COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB IN CLEANING OUR AIR DUCTS. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS AND HAPPY TO HAVE HIRED ALPINE TO DO THE SERVICE.

OUR CRAWL SPACES WERE DIFFICULT TO ACCESS BUT THE CREW HAD NO PROBLEM. ALL THE CREW MEMBERS WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. OUR CRAWL SPACE PROBLEMS HAVE NOT BEEN ENTIRELY SOLVED, BUT THE VAPOR BARRIER IS HELPING.

GARRY SPENT A LONG TIME ON THE TELEPHONE WITH ME DISCUSSING OUR SITUATION AND WHETHER AIR DUCT CLEANING WOULD BE A POSSIBLE SOLUTION. I REALLY APPRECIATED HIS EXPLAINING THE OPTIONS TO ME. WHEN HE CAME TO LOOK AT OUR HOUSE, HE NOTICED SOME THINGS THAT EVEN OUR HOUSE INSPECTOR HADN'T CAUGHT! HE OFFERED TO FIX THE UNATTACHED DUCT AT NO CHARGE, AND HE ALSO REPAIRED SOME ATTIC INSULATION. THE CREW WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY EXPLAINED THE PROCESS IN DETAIL.

I WAS GIVEN A THOROUGH EXPLANATION AND ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE. THE TWO TECHNICIANS WERE ON TIME, CLEAN, VERY POLITE AND ALSO EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

GARY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GREAT AT RETURNING PHONE CALLS. HE WAS ALSO WILLING TO DO THE COIL WORK THAT OTHER COMPANIES DID NOT WANT TO DO. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM OTHERS.

THEY ARRIVED WITHIN A HALF HOUR OF THE PROMISED TIME (NO KUDOS HERE - I WAS THE FIRST APPOINTMENT OF THE DAY). I WAS TOLD WHEN THE WORK WAS QUOTED THAT THE JOB WOULD TAKE AT LEAST 4 HOURS. THE CREW WAS OUT IN LESS THAN 90 MINUTES. GO FIGURE. AS FOR THE WORK, I WAS CLEANING UP AFTER THEM - WHAT THEY KNOCKED OUT OF THE DUCTS ON THE FLOOR OR FURNITURE WAS LEFT FOR ME TO CLEAN UP.

FOR BOTH APPOINTMENTS, THEY WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE ME IN QUICKLY, AND AT A TIME THAT WORKED FOR ME. THEY WERE PROMPT, VERY COURTEOUS (MADE SURE THEY DIDN'T GET MY HOUSE DIRTY) AND INFORMATIVE ON WHAT WAS GOING ON. FOR THE AIR DUCT CLEANING, THEY WERE THE BEST PRICE OF THE 4 COMPANIES I HAD CONTACTED.
