It was a very good overall experience. Workers called saying that they had finished a previous job early, and they could start ours early. We said yes, and they arrived promptly to begin work. Work was explained and completed for the quoted price. We received their Angie's List Discount and an additional Senior Discount, along with a free Dryer Vent Cleaning. We had seen their ad and clipped appropriate coupons in addition to the Angie's List recommendation.

Work done was thorough and complete. The owner did the initial inspection and was sincere in doing all he could to find any problems that would affect the resident's respiratory health. Information reported deemed reliable.

We were very pleased with their work. Garry was very informative and helpful in letting us know what was a good thing to do and what wasn't necessary. The one day job included a myriad of services and all were accomplished neatly and professionally. Follow up is perhaps a bit less than expected as we are still waiting for them to come out and repair a crack in our wall board that happened when they removed a return air vent. We would still recommend them.

They were great. He told us since he was out here he would not charge us full price for the dryer vent. They arrived when they said they would.

Responsive to first call. Made appointment and they called when they were running late. Did the work they were supposed to. Cleaned up after themselves and were conscientious about taking care of my house and furnishings. Price was right on the estimate. Would use again and recommend them.

They were very prompt and polite. As to price, I did not get 2 more estimates. I am assuming this is the average price. Nevertheless, I gave them an A for price.

The salesman checked my attic and found that I had the low end of a sufficient amount of insulation. He suggested that I wait until winter to compare the amount of gas heat used before I spent the money on more insulation. I chose to go ahead and raise the R load. I appreciated his honesty and his candor. The workers were clean, polite and efficient.

They were suppose to come at 9:15, showed up at 10 with no call. They let a chipmunk in, which I had to chase out. When I received the bill, there was no Angie's List discount, which I was told there was, they then did accept the discount. They did do the work, but my experience with them was not wonderful. I expect if they are not going to show up on time, they should call. If they are going to let a creature into my house, they should try to get it out, I shouldn't have to do that. I did not call to complain, but that was my experience.

Gary and his team were great to work with. All very professional. We purchased a home that had been vacant for a year and had not been well maintained. They did a great job cleaning all of the vents and registers as well as cleaning our dryer vent which we knew had a bird's nest. They blew all of that out along with the lint that had backed up behind it - sanitized the vent pipe and put a cover on the vent flap to keep the birds from getting back in. It was bad - and they did fantastic job cleaning it and making sure the mess was picked up out of the yard. We were very pleased with Alpine and will definitely call them next time. Great Job!

I called Alpine on Tuesday and the estimator came on Wednesday. He was knowledgable and explained in detail what would be done. He left a detailed description of the job. The workers came on Friday and completed the job in less than 3 hours. They asked us to climb the ladder and inspect the job. They were professional. We are very satisfied with the job. The second floor is almost as cool as the first floor.

They were great, I couldn't be more happier with the quality of the work done and the customer service. They were polite, respectful of my toddler running around, took their shoes off, and were even concerned that our cat might run outside! I will definitely hire them again in the future.

Great experience. This is the second time I've used their service and they were very accommodating when I had to change the appointment several times. Employees very professional and met me with a handshake and business card.

We received several phone calls from the owner and head of scheduling. The estimate was about $150 higher than another company's, but we felt that the product was superior to that of the other company's estimate. They were very kind and scheduled our job in less than a week. We liked the product. It is less messy than other blown insulations. The installers were on time and polite. They had a couple of equipment problems that slowed them down and caused a bit of mess in the yard and house, which they gave a good effort to clean up. The equipment broke down at one point, but they went for replacements and finished the job the same day. Overall, it was good. I wish it had been cleaner and more efficient. We got the $100 Angies list discount.

They didn't really clean up as well as possible. Some of the plaster came off in the laundry room when they were leaving, and I think they should've said something. That's the only thing I didn't like-- I didn't discover this until a week later. I learned a lesson: always check BEHIND a new service provider-- don't just take their word.

Garry's crew did a great job. I noticed after they left that they had missed a couple of vents, and contacted Garry. He sent a crew out quickly to take care of two vents.

They did a great job. They had found that they did not have enough tubing to reach all the way to the furnace. They came back two days later with the right equipment, and also did extra things to make up for the error to make sure that I was satisfied!

Never having had this done before, what a pleasant experience...very polite young men, explained procedure. A neighbor was outside and saw them working and she hired them on the spot. I was concerned about the surplus lint coming out while the vacuum was going and they cleaned up thoroughly. I called the day before and they accomodated my schedule and were on time. Absolutely pleased.

Alpine Air Duct is an outstanding company. The personal service & attentiveness provided by Garry Steinke was exceptional. I am very pleased with the work that was done in my home and I highly recommend Alpine for air duct cleaning, insulation, and other HVAC, attic & basement needs. Personal service, attention to detail, treated my house like their own. Excellent recommendation & execution of work. Insulation requirements were more than expected but handled without large increase in price. Don't just contract for services you think you need - listen to Garry, he may save you money.
