I started by called a number of different services an this one seemed the best mix of price and quality. Two men from the company came with the equipment, introduced themselves,gave a quick overview of what they were going to do and started the work. It took about an hour and then they were gone. They cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly nice,courteous, and clean.

Garry was VERY conscientious. When he needed to reschedule our appointment, he gave me PLENTY of notice, and made it convenient for me. When he arrived for the estimate, he removed his shoes and gave extra care in carrying in his ladders and equipment. He checked the attic to see if it needed additional insulation. He told me that I didn't need any further insulation and didn't try to sell me services I did not need. He offered helpful suggestions of how to get the temperature regulated in the area I was concerned about. Garry and his crew arrived on time and carefully brought in the equipment needed for cleaning our air ducts. They used drop cloths to cover the area where the hoses were brought into our home. They cleaned up after themselves and left our home in the condition it was before they arrived. The entire team was courteous to me, and were even very friendly to my dogs. I thank them for such a favorable experience with their company. I will refer them to a friend.

Did not choose Alpine for this project because we wanted cellulose insulation and they only use fiberglass. However, we were impressed with Garry Steinke and his overall professionalism. His estimate was actually a little lower than the company we went with. We did call Garry to explain why we went with another contractor. We feel that is polite thing to do and we feel that a contractor appreciates that feedback.

They did a great job of installing the insulation, but I had them install an attic fan enclosure for $200. It consisted of 2 inch foam board taped together with duct tape. By the end of the day in the heat, the duct tape had failed & the enclosure collapsed. I called them back to repair the enclosure though I didn't feel 200 bucks was worth it for a 20 dollar foam board & a couple quarter's worth of duct tape & a mediocre job on the enclosure. I didn't have a day available so I was led to believe they would call back when they had time to fix it. I never heard back so I made an awesome enclosure from the foam board that could probably withstand a hurricane if it was lucky enough to be exposed to one in my attic. They felt bad about the enclosure & refunded the total cost of it. The letter that accompanied the refund check also stated they have taken steps to correct the problem, & I believe it. The only reason I gave them a ''B'' on ''quality of work'' is for the attic fan enclosure.

The experience was excellent from start to finish. I immediately spoke to someone who knew exactly what he was talking about (Doug) and described the entire process and the company's qualifications. I called 3 other companies and did not receive nearly as much of a professional response. The group came out and did the cleaning on time and professionally. I was extremely pleased with the level of service I got from this company and would highly recommend them to anyone!

They did a good job. I appreciated that he actually looked through things and took me through the attic before he completed the estimate. Their price was a little higher than others, but they had a lot of other steps involved that other companies didn't mention.

The project went very well. Garry came out and went over the house and gave me a written estimate. When I accepted the estimate, we agreed upon a time for the work to be done. When they ran a little late on the day of installation, Garry gave me a call in advance to let me know. They were actually only 1/2 hour late. They put down drop cloths as needed and cleaned up after the job. All in all, they did a very professional job and I am pleased with the results.

The workers were clean and very polite. They got the work done quicker than expected. When we had a problem a few days later. They came right out to fix it. Even though it turned out that the problem wasn't their fault, they fixed it at no charge.

They arrived on time, went over the scope of work, asked to see entrance ways into the attic. Advised me of what they were going to do then promptly began. They placed plastic runners over the carpet and in the work area, ran a plastic tube from their truck through an open window and into the attic. Once that area was complete they did the same thing in the garage access point. Job took about 3 hours. The garage area itself was not included in the proposal, but they had left over material so they placed a layer over the entire garage at no additional cost. They honored the $100 coupon from Source magazine, and provided details on how to deduct money off Indiana and Federal taxes.

AMAZING! I can't express enough how professional from the very first phone call to when Gary left my house and told me about the tax breaks I could look into. I called on a Friday morning, was warmly greeted and left a message for the sales department. Mike returned my call mid-day and came out to give me an estimate that afternoon. He was extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated his honesty in what ''R rating'' I truly needed. His crew came the following Monday to do the job, showed up promptly at 1:15 pm and I hardly knew they were here, they were that proficient and quiet. My estimate was exact to the dime and Gary was a pleasure to work with. Just a wonderful experience all around.

Gary was very knowledgeable and a great help in determining how much insulation was needed. The work was done on schedule and I couldn't be more satisfied with the overall experience.

I called and received a quote over the phone based on the number of ducts in the home. The work was scheduled within a couple of days. They were just a small bit behind schedule but called to let us know in advance. The work was done quickly and cleanly and the ducts and vents look great. I would definitely use Alpine again.

Was late for the initial appointment by 30-45 minutes, once here seemed to be in a rush. Told me he would get back in touch with me the following Monday with the estimate. I still haven't heard from Garry and nobody from Alpine has returned our calls. My wife and I have called several times trying to find out what the deals is and nothing in over a month and a half.

The workers came and blew the insulation in our attic in just a little over an hour. They took their shoes off everytime they came into the house and were very professional. They even offered to blow some extra insulation into our cathedral ceiling at no addition cost. They also cleaned everything well before they left. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I was happy with their service in general. The technicians were courteous. Their work was thorough as far as I could tell. The only thing they need to improve on is cleaning after the work was done. I had to clean the furnace area afterward.

The crew arrived on time and did the required work. The house is 5 years old, and the ducts had never been cleaned. Now the house is much less dusty since the ducts were cleaned. There was only one small problem with the work. In order to access the interior of the ducts, the crew cut holes in the basement runs. When the work was done the holes should be capped. However, after they left I saw that one of the holes had not been capped. I called and they returned immediately, took care of the problem and apologized for the oversight.

Garry was focused on a thorough, quality job from start to finish! He tirelessly investigated a particular room in which I had noticed a musty odor. I could tell he was passionate about his work and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. His crew arrived on time and completed the work as promised, keeping me informed every step of the way. Garry was here the entire time, along with a crew of two others. He supervised and directed the process. I only had one issue with one of the crew members, I walked in the room to find him standing on an antique cedar chest to reach a vent and after he saw me, he asked, ''Is it OK to stand on this?'' I hurriedly said no, that it was an antique and probably not made to withstand that weight. He apologized and got off right away, but I would have appreciated him taking the time to use a step stool instead. I have recommended this company to others based on the fabulous owner and his commitment to a professional job well done.

Shaun and Jimmy came in and introduced themselves and briefly explained what they would be doing. They checked for the best possible register to use for the vacuum hose and asked us if it would be all right to leave the patio door open while they cleaned the air ducts, etc. I said that it would be OK. After cleaning the air ducts, cold air return, and furnace, they continued on to clean the dryer vent. Normally, they would clean this from the outside, but since ours vented into the attic, they cleaned it out from inside with a vacuum.

I called Alpine Group based on the ratings from Angie's List and spoke to Gary, the owner of the company. They were on time and extremely clean while performing the job. I was impressed when they removed their shoes prior to entering our home. All of the equipment remained outside and only the hose used to clean the duct work was brought into the house. We will definitely use them again when needed.

The owner told me on the phone that suction would be used in the sanitizing process. They only used the furnace fan to disperse the product from the furnace instead of introducing suction from the supply registers. I assume the job was done correctly.

I was completely pleased with the work, done by ALPINE Air Duct Cleaning Services. The work team of ''Shawn and Jimmy'' arrived on time as scheduled. They were friendly, polite and took great care to do a thorough job, and to be certain, that I was satisfied with the work. I can and will highly recommend ALPINE for duct cleaning services.

Sales rep was great to work with - I asked about ventilation in the attic and whether an attic fan should be installed. He did not take this opportunity to sell me something I did not need - he told me the ventilation was fine without the addition of a fan. The installers were prompt, polite, and did a great job cleaning up. They also installed vents for the bathroom fans which I had not initially asked about. One of the fans was extremely noisy and he spent some time cleaning and lubricating it, which I'm certain was above and beyond the installation of the vents!

Friendly people. I think they did a good job but I am not an expert on insulation. The insulation is supposed to settle over time so then I will really know if I have R 38 insulation. Time will tell.

Called and asked if they could come by early. Gave plenty of notice before coming. They were very helpful and patient in answering my questions and concerns. They were clean and efficient. Didn't leave any dirt or residue behind. Did a great job!
