The insulation was added with appropriate clean-up. The basement waterproofing took longer because of other customer priorities. The basement work was well-done with appropriate clean-up.

Gary came out and provided a clear and easy-to-understand estimate and educated my wife and me on the insulation he would be using. He also pointed out how under-insulated we were (only 40%). He scheduled us for the work one week later and came out to our home to oversee the job the day that they did the work. It was a pleasure working with Gary, and we would hire him again.

They did a very good job cleaning out our ducts. They did a remarkable job. They were very kind and polite about being in our home. The cleanup left some to be desired but it was a messy job so I give them a break.

We were very satisfied - they were prompt, professional, and clean.

I would've hired them except we had a disaster at our house that required a mold remediation company & they sub-contracted another company on their own to clean our air ducts, rendering my hiring this company superfluous. However, I will certainly call them the next time we need our air ducts cleaned.

They did very good work and when I found something I didn't think was done correctly, they responded politely concerning my questioning of work. I felt they may have slacked slightly if I didn't think they were getting done, but the problem was resolved once I had spoke to the supervisor.

Showed up promptly, finished the work in under 30 minutes. Both employees were very good at explaining the problem and the fix. Only had to pay a $69 sevice charge.

I am picky and have dealt with multiple service providers. Gary was the most pleasant and helpful in trying to provide a service that answered my needs without doing something just to make $. He actually talked me out of adding insulation in my attic, saying I already had enough (saving me $). During their work in my crawl space, a pipe broke and they immediately called in a plumber and covered everything. They even followed up to make sure there were no further problems. Gary is a rare find who takes pride in his work and is very personable but professional. He went the extra mile and I can confidently recommend his services as someone fair and conscientious.

I got a few quotes, but when I talked to Gary at Alpine, he was very knowledgeable about cleaning air ducts and explained it very well. I felt they knew what they were doing and would do a great job. Since they typically like to do work Monday-Friday, they were willing to send 2 people out one morning, so I could get to work for an afternoon meeting. They explained the process, showed me the equipment, and were very courteous and professional. It looks like they did an excellent job.

The crew showed up in the morning as promised and were done before lunch. They were very courteous to my dogs barking at them and cleaned up after themselves. The mold-like substance clean-up was not included in the original estimate, so they just did it without charging me additionally. The guys even offered to show me what came out of my ducts when they were done! Somehow a piece of a 2x4 was in there, which may have been preventing air flow into an area of the house before. Good guys, good pricing, and great service.

Our house was built in 1940 and apparently our insulation was from that time as well. We recently had raccoons break into our attic and complete rip-up and destroy the old insulation that was up there. They also left nice droppings and trash behind as well. We called Alpine to completely remove the old insulation and put in new insulation. We talked to Ian on the phone and he was the one who came out do to the work. Ian was very, very nice and prompt. He came to our house at 1:00pm on the dot just like they said. He was super friendly, he remembered our names and that we had dogs, even showed us a picture of his own dog. He got right to work, and didn't waste any time. At one point I looked outside and saw at least 10 bags of trash from our attic. They then blew in nice, fluffy brand new insulation. Our attic looks like it belongs to a brand new home, and not one build in 1940. I am very pleased; especially for the price!

Alpine provided an accurate estimate (based on my correct count of the number of registers and cold air returns), arrived on time, performed the cleaning without leaving a mess in the house, and advised on when I'd need to repeat the service. I was surprised to find that they work through the furnace/air conditioning unit, but they sealed the access afterward. Since having the ducts cleaned, my furnace filters haven't needed changing as often. The only reason that Alpine doesn't earn an "A" for this work is that they left behind one of their hoses in my yard and had to be called to pick it up, and left the exterior dryer vent cover open.

The service was fine. They did a great job and did what they said they would.

They were prompt and professional. They coordinated the two jobs very efficiently. I would recommend them to everybody who needs this kind of work.

They ran the hose through the bedroom window instead of having to run it up the stairs. They took off their shoes. They did a really nice job and were very pleasant.
