Came out promptly & wrote me a quote. Returned call promptly to schedule job at my convenience. Morning of installation, workers called me to confirm they were arriving soon. Workers arrived promptly and were done in less time than was estimated. They cleaned up after themselves. Everything went very well.

My house is 100 years old and the odor came from an oil tank being down there. The odor was a gas like smell and they were able to remove that. They responded quickly to my call. They were able to come out and give me an estimate quickly. They removed the oil smell at the time of the insulation. Everything went fine. It happened while I was gone, and everything is fine now.

They showed up on time and my husband was very happy with them. They were knowledgeable and knew what they were talking about. We were satisfied.

Workman were very polite. They completed the job in an efficient and neat manner.

Good. They were on time, actually early. The guys were polite and seemed to do a good job. I did notice after they left that my furnace wouldn't kick in, and after going down and inspecting, they had either accidentally flipped my fan off or forgot to turn it back on. Truly not a big deal in the scheme of things. On the way out the door one of the workers, seemed to be the guy in charge, requested I vote for his preferred presidential candidate - rubbed me a bit the wrong way, not only because it was not who I was voting for, but also because I think it's best to leave politics out of air duct cleaning - just a rule of mine. So, I docked them down to a B on professionalism for that little last minute slip up, way to take a card when you got 21 showing guys!

They showed promptly and on-time. They gave me a very reasonable estimate. They got the job done the next week after I called them. They did a very nice job cleaning up after themselves.

The two man team arrived on time and did a very good job of cleaning our air ducts. They explained what they would do, did it very professionally and cleaned up very thoroughly. They wore shoe covers to protect the floors. Both men were very nice and the kind of people who you don't mind having in your home. We will gladly recommend this company to friends and neighbors.

Phoned ahead when it was necessary to reschedule an appointment. The workmen were on time and professional.

Gentleman who came to do the estimate was nice enough, but that was where the positive experience ended. I never did receive an estimate for the work as promised. After giving them the benefit of the doubt that it might be a busy time of year, I called about a month later to inquire about my estimate. Never heard back.

The job went very well. They showed up promptly and cleaned our ducts and registers. Our house had not had the ducts cleaned since 1965. I really liked how we received a firm quote-I knew up front what the cost was going to be before I scheduled. A competitor's quote kept changing when I called for estimates and Alpine's quote was firm. I do wish, however, that they had vacuumed the metal shavings that were from them drilling a hole in the duct. I don't mind the hole that was made for access, just that they should have vacuumed up the mess or told me about it so that I could move stuff out of the way and clean up before my children got home.

They explained the process thoroughly when I called. They were about 45 minutes late but called to alert us and apologized. Shawn was very professional and did a great job. He even pointed out that 4 ducts were really two and lowered the cost. Only problem was that after cleaning the dryer vent they left fence gate open and we just happened to check it after we let out our dogs. If they would have escaped it would have dampened the experience.

Only recommended 12" vertical coverage. All others said to go below the grade (about 36". Just didn't impress me enough to believe they would do a great job.

Doug provided a prompt, fair quote and made sure the work was done as it needed to be. The crew was polite, efficient and professional. I would not hesitate for a moment to call Alpine if I needed to insulate again.

Professional. Very knowledgeable. I started off with just insulation, but they found the mold and they did the remediation for me.

Estimate was made very quickly and professionaly. Installers were several hours late as they were double booked. The office did call me and advise of the delay. Work was done very quickly and in an excellent manner.

I had an estimate performed by Gary - he impressed me when he arrived with his own ladder. I appreciated the thorough way that he assessed the situation and how he proposed to address the work that I wanted done. He sent a sub-contractor to estimate the carpentry that would be part of the job. I never received any quote, even after leaving a message in case he had lost my contact information. I was very disappointed.

Garry and his guys did a great job. My wife and I are very happy with the outcome of this service, and if the need were to arise, we'd use them again. Thanks to Garry and his crew for a job well done!

The guys were very friendly and courteous. We were very happy with the job they did and would recommend them to others. When it comes time to have this service done again, we will definitely hire them again.

He said that the money that I paid for the quote would be added as payment for the total amount if I went with their company. The reason I chose them initially was because they were one of the top Angie's List choices. The thing I didn't like was that he didn't want me to be with him during the inspection-he hesitated about telling me when he would be there so I could be there. The other reason that he gave me the hard quote and came through with numbers.

I would recommend ALPINE GROUP AIR DUCT & INSULATION SERVICES , they are a good company. They were on time and cleaned up well. I think they did a good job with the insulation.

We have multiple cats, so we use them every year. We always get excellent service from them.

There was an odor in my house that I smelled when the air conditioner fan ran. Had the sewer and the air conditioner condensate line checked. Had a furnace guy check things and he suggested having Alpine clean the air ducts. I was desperate to get this fixed as I had planned a huge wedding gathering at my house. Alpine very kindly changed their schedule to accommodate me. I felt horrible that I had to cancel early the next morning due to finding out that the odor was coming from drains that needed to be cleaned out. It's all good now but I want to thank Alpine for agreeing to help right away. I would call them again.

We scheduled a date and they came out and installed the additional insulation. My experience with them was excellent. The gentleman that came out was very professional. His crew was very neat. They cleaned up what little leaked on the carpet. It was very good.
