They did the job at a reasonable price and added insulation to keep cold air from coming in from the garage. They did a very nice job.

It went so well! The woman on the phone was so professional when I booked this service. She told me step by step the work they would perform, and how they billed for each vent/return. There were no surprises and they really did a fantastic job. Thanks to the Angie's List magazine for helping me realize how badly I needed to get this work done! Apparently, our ducts were "filthy"!

It went very well. Mr. Steinke was very good with providing information and recommendations when geting the estimate. Then the teams arrived on time, were very nice and worked fast.

They did a great job. When Garry came to give an estimate, he explained everything in great detail, showed me pictures, and made sure I understood the pricing. On the day of installation, the team was actually a little early. They were very professional, got the job done is just a few hours, and cleaned up after themselves. So far, the temperature has been perfect!

Alpine was excellent to deal with and came out to give me a quote the very next day. I felt that the quote was very fair and he went over everything so I felt very comfortable with the work that was going to be preformed. The work was started 2 days later. Because of the scope of the work they told me it would take 1.5 days to get everything done. It actually took 3 days to complete the work because in day number 2 the blower to install the insulation broke and then the crew that was supposed to come and finish the job ran out of insulation in their truck so they had to come back the 3rd day to finish the job, not a big deal but still it look longer then expected. They did go above and beyond the scope of work when they alerted me to a problem in that my drywall was sagging away from the attic joist and needed to be reattached. I asked if they could do something to help me with that issue and they told me they could so they went out to the hardware store and purchased some lumber and drilled it into the ceiling of the garage to help sure up the ceiling. I was very happy that they could take care of this issue so I didn't have to. I did give them a lower grade on quality because on the last day when the guys were getting ready to leave I noticed several things that I called to their attention. If I wouldn't have they would have just left. 1. A number of the vents in the house were hanging down from the ceiling because they weren't properly installed after the air duct cleaning. 2. when they went to reattach the vents in the house, they noticed that the ducts were not properly put back over the vents so if it wasn't fixed then my air conditioning would have just blow on my ceiling and not out through the vents. 3. There was insulation on the floors, counter tops, couches, and in the vents. I felt they should have cleaned this up on their own without me telling them to. 4. Finally, again with the clean up my garage was a mess. There is dust everywhere and trash left behind from the workers (such as cigarette butts and drink cups). All in all I'm happy with the work that they did but wish they would have done a better job cleaning everything up and making sure that the job was completed and everything put back how it was before the work was started.

Arrived on time. Friendly. Charged what they said they would charge. Said it would take 15 minutes, but our vent was really clogged so it took a lot longer. They went up into the attic to clean it out. They also gave recommendations on insulating the house and air duct cleaning.

The two teams showed up on time -- exactly on time, in fact. They introduced themselves, told me exactly what they were going to do, and then they set about doing it. If any issues arose, they told me. They were prompt, clean, courteous, and professional. I would definitely use their service again and recommend their service to others.

The two men that performed the service were very polite and professional. The work took about 3.5 hours. They left the house looking like it was before their arrival and even vacuumed up the lint they blew out of the dryer vent outside - never had that done before! My reason for doing this was because I'd been having sinus headaches alot lately. I work from home so air quality is important. Not sure if it's coincidence, but I haven't had such problems since the service. We feel good about the expense, the benefits are worth it.

A team of four young men (Eric, Ian, Brendon, and Jason) arrived about a half hour ahead of schedule. Caught me a little off guard as I had just awoken but it was not a big deal. They were very professional. They worked like a fine oiled machine. Very polite and courteous of my home. The whole process took about 3 hours for the duct cleaning and maybe 1 hour for the insulation. They cleaned up thoroughly when done which included sweeping my driveway. It was amazing how much dirt came out of my ducts. As far as the insulation goes, as Doug had promised, I noticed the effect nearly immediately. I have a programmable thermostat that puts the temp down to 60 at night (for the winter). Every morning when we got up, the upstairs was absolutely frigid. You would think with hot air rising, a two story house would be at least as warm upstairs as down. The very next day (after insulation) it was noticeably warmer upstairs than down. I am delighted and can't wait to see the savings on my energy bills.

Melting snow on the roof ran down and ice buildup damaged gutter helmets. Insulation was added in hopes of curing this problem. Doug Hall came the same day I called, and we discussed the problem. They were prompt, professional, and cleaned up everything before they left. Hopefully I won't need more insulation, but if I did I would call them. They provide several other services also.

They were on time and performed work in a professional manner. When I called for an estimate, the person I spoke with explained in detail what services they perform. However, I was a little disappointed by the amount of dust the work generated and dirt left around the registers after the work was completed. Had I known, I wouldn't have bothered to dust and vacuum the day before, because I had to do it all over again after they left.

They came when they said they were going to and did the work and cleaned up afterwords. They were courteous and polite. He asked me to come and look because the previous job was so bad, but I didn't want to go up all of those steps!

No problems at all. Quote was given over the phone, just under other companies. Came out two days later and cleaned vents!

Were are very happy with there service. I would highly recommend them. They have great service. Gary was extremely nice as is all of the staff. They really went above and beyond there regular job duties.

This company arrived when scheduled. They seemed to do a thorough job. The workmen were polite. They explained the procedures that they did. They blew out the air duct that went out through the roof. One of the workman climbed up on the roof and cleaned off the lint that came from the dryer vent and had stuck to the roof.

Gerry explained everything in detail, answered my questions that didn't even pertain to my quote, and exceeded my exceptions.

Arrived on-time and completed upper story work promptly. Cleaned up pretty well after themselves (have found only very small traces of their presence in the house). The work under the house was delayed by complications on another job (actually, my mother's house next door). Another delay was caused by the inability to obtain additional materials after business hours (again--the shortage was caused by additional materials needed in my mother's house). However, they kept me relatively well informed and completed the job as soon as they could under the circumstances.

Arrived on-time and got to work promptly. Completed work in a couple of hours, cleaned up after themselves well. Even created a better way to change my furnace filter and a better position for the filter.

The first appointment they were not able to make it on time and I had to reschedule it for the next day. They were very accommodating in scheduling for the next day. Once they tried to clean out the vent, they were unable to get all the water out of the vent. Since they could not complete the job, the did not charge me. Instead, they put me in contact with another company to fix the problem.

Work was completed as agreed, in a timely manner.
