They did great. Three men came out. They were a little early and spent about 4 hours working steadily. The men were very accomadating and clean. They were booties. They did a great job.

When Dave Adams came out to give us the estimate he actually went into the attic and looked around. Another company had given us an estimate without ever looking in the attic. We were very impressed with Dave and his knowledge. The crews arrived on time and completed the job as quoted. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. They swept the carpets along the path they used to get to the attic. The crews was conscientious and thorough.

Had Indy Air Care come and give a bogus claim. Alpine came, gave us the real story & fixed our issue for 15% of the cost of Indy Air Care.

Everything went smoothly. Explained their services and went to work. Work was thorough and displayed professionalism at all times.

Dave, the owner, met me on Tuesday and gave me an estimate. I agreed immediately to have the job completed. It was decided Thursday afternoon would work for both of us. Alpine was supposed to be at my house at 1:00, but called at 11:00 to say they were finished with the first job and could they come early. That was okay with me. They did their job, were clean and tidy and gone by 1:30.

Searched Angie's List for contractor to insulate Attic. Chose Alpine because they did a great job when they did our air-duct cleaning. We didn't realize they also did insulation. We got a quote, with an Angie's List discount. Work was scheduled the next week. Workeers called to see if they could come early which worked better for me. They were professional, helpful, respectful of my home. David Flynn went over & above. Excellent job & customer service. Will definately use again & recommend!

I contacted Alpine after searching for insulation service companies through Angie's List. The overall experience was extremely positive. Estimators were prompt and courteous, Katie at the office was quick to follow up with answers to questions, Dave provided a pre-work visit to review the project and the insulation team led by Jason were on time, completed the task quickly, efficiently and left our home both clean and warm. Having used contracted services for a variety of jobs, Apline's team was the most customer focused, responsive and delivered/completed the work on time as promised. No surprises just an overall excellently well performed job.

This company is easy to work with, reasonably priced and does an excellent job. Scheduled estimate within two days of my call; showed up on time and explained everything. Scheduled work for one week later; performed work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Our house is much warmer and I would definitely use them again.

The experience was very good. Dave came out for the estimate, he answered all our questions and explained everything very well. After the visit, I contacted him to ask about replacing some batting on a kneewall that had been damaged by squirrels, he was willing to add that small amount of batting to the estimate for no extra charge. When the crew was in my house, they were very carefull to keep it clean, and brought their own vaccuum to clean up after the work was done. They also added some batting to the two hatch covers leading into the attic. Documents required for the 2010 tax credit were provided promptly after the work was completed. All in all, I was very impressed with this company.

very good overall - prompt coming out to give quote. They arrived when they said they would and got straight on with the job. Due to the amount of work they were here 5 hours - which they had told me to expect. They cleaned up after themselves well. Overall very pleased

Dave came out promptly and gave an estimate. Workmen came out and installed both batting insulation and blown insulation. They were clean and efficient. Would definitely use them again.

While they were cleaning my ducts, they found mold in my crawlspace. I told them to go ahead and clean that out as well as treat it. They did that on the September 29th. Very prompt, efficient, nice, and cordial. I was very pleased, overall. The mold cost was originally $1560 and gave us a $100 senior discount. They mold remediation was done efficiently and we were also pleased with that job.

Dave responded quickly. He was my third (of 3) quotes and seemed to have the most knowledge as well as the most competitive price. He pointed out some open area around a doorway into my attic that I decided to foam insulate myself. I would certainly use him again in the future.

Great. The workers were efficient and friendly. They let me know that the outside faucet needed to be replaced because it was dripping into the crawlspace.

My wife and I could not be HAPPIER! Dave was extremely professional and a very good conversationalist as he was conducting the inspection. An appointment was set for 9:15 AM on 7/20/2010. The crew arrived at 9:05 AM on 7/20/2010. That in itself was a very pleasant experience - a service company kept its word and actually showed up EARLY. The two technicians (Johnathan -sic- and Dave were as professional as Dave Adams had been. It showed that they were well schooled in customer service. They set their equipment up and kept me appraised of what they were doing as they prepared to complete the job. My wife has a home office in the house and receives multiple incoming phone calls and she was worried the noise from the procedure would be disrupting. After the installation was complete, she advised me she barely heard them. To top off their exemplary service, there was a small section in the unfinished section of my basement that the builders did not put any insulation on the outside wall. They (at NO EXTRA CHARGE) put a double layer of batt fiberglass insulation in the gap area. That pleased my wife and a happy wife means a happy life! I recommend anyone who needs any insulation or related services to call Dave Adams. It does not get better than this.

They were on time - did a great job- there was NO mess. I did alot of research and felt they were the best value in regard to HOW they cleaned the air ducts. You may be able to find it cheaper, but the system is not the same....

Great! Dave helped us correct a problem in our attic involving mold and we ended up with a much more comfortable house due to having the appropriate amount of insullation installed. They also cleaned our ductwork. Very professional company.

I called regarding a need for basement waterproofing, as they were listed in that category. I had used them for air duct cleaning before and had been very satisfied. The person responsible for that area called me back the same day, a few hours later. However, it turns out that while they do some minor work with crawlspaces, they do not really offer full basement waterproofing services. I will go back to them for air duct cleaning but they really don't belong in the basement waterproofing category, and said as much.
