Very impressed. Very professional and most importantly, honest. He was very straight forward when he explained to us that we were in good shape on nearly every front. There was no hard selling, no pressure to have them come out and provide one or more of their services. This caught me quite off guard as that is typically the strategy for those companies who offer free 'inspections'. I can't speak to the quality of their work since we had nothing done, but when I do need a service they provide, they'll probably be at the top of the list.

Alpine did a nice job cleaning our airducts with minimal impact to our home. They were on-time and did a nice job describing the process prior to starting. Jason and Ron were polite, professional, and hard working.

The crew arrived an hour earlier due to finishing early on another job. They went to work immediately and cleaned the area when they were done. They were very professional.

Due to a truck breaking down, the guys arrived later than expected. However, they worked hard and had the project completed on time. Very professional. Thanks.

The Alpine Group, Dave Adams, and his crew met and exceeded all of my (very high) expectations. I could not be happier with them (unless they had done it for free)! Dave Adams, the owner, took my initial call immediately. He was willing and able to come the next day for a no-charge no-commitment inspection and quote, as I needed a fast response. Although the quote was higher than I expected, it was in line with other service companies for the same job. Ultimately, Dave came down a little to meet my best quote. After many emails and calls back and forth with my questions and requests, I decided to proceed with the Alpine Group. They were able to schedule the work around my and my family's schedule and needs, and to coordinate with another project at the home, and were exceedingly flexible. Dave takes a "customer is always right" approach, which is rare these days. He bent over backwards to meet or exceed my requests and expectations. Dave came on site to go over the project, and my specific requests and expectations, with his crew. He called me daily, and sometimes twice daily, to update. He forwarded digital photos to document progress. His crew was very professional. Brandon, the site manager, was punctual, polite, respectful of the house, and cleaned up afterwards each day. The attic clean-up surpassed my best hopes. They worked 1 day longer than projected to achieve an excellent result. It turned out that after working in the attic for 3 days, the preexisting insulation was trampled down more than expected. This required Dave to nearly double his insulation order to be installed. He did so at his own cost. Additionally, they were one bag short at the end of the project, and Brandon drove to the Home Depot, purchased the extra bag, returned to the site, to complete the project. He could have easily redistributed the existing insulation, but they take a no-short-cuts approach. Although they moved large ladders, negative pressure machines, air-scrubbers, electric tools, and an insulation blower in and out of the house and attic via a small attic access, only a tiny 1-2 inch ding on one piece of trim resulted (which they repaired and repainted to better than before status). Highly recommended!

Showed up right on time! Very professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Had vents cleaned due to ridiculous amounts of dust. Showed my husband a video of what they looked like. So far we haven't noticed any more dust problems.

david (the owner) made several trips to address my concerns about insulation and possable moisture problems that i thought may occur.he was patient and very helpful with the obvious intent to please me and see that the job was done right.site was clean and in order when job was done.it was a pleasure to deal with someone who cared about the work done by his company.

We got an on-site review and estimate on 1/10/2011 and an explanation of the process. Two workers came in the next day (close to the time planned) and completed the job. It seems to have been very successful for us.

Dave Adams came to my home to provide an estimate the day after I initiated the call. He was thorough in both his inspection and his explanation of the estimate and the worked that was to be done. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Dave's crew came to my home the following Monday to complete the work. They were very polite and professional. I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend the Alpine Group to others nor calling on them again for the other services they offer.

I called and made an appointment with Alpine Group to have our air ducts cleaned - I spoke with Katie on the phone. She was very polite and helpful - I was able to make my appointment pretty quickly and even around the busy holiday time. She explained how the air duct cleaning worked and how the pricing was set up - I appreciated knowing this. I ended up having to cancel the appointment due to going out of town and come to find out my husband hired another company whilst I was out to have the air ducts cleaned. With that said, I would still have used Alpine Group and would recommend them to friends based on my experience with Katie and their professional customer service.

It was good while they were here. They dislodged the main pipe from the furnace. They left anyway, so we had to call them back right away. They reattached it to the furnace. Everything has been okay since then. They came out right away. I talked to the owner. They did a good job and were very friendly. They cleaned up well. The price was a little high.

They did an excellent job of insulating the attic.

Technicians were on time. Two story with basement took about 2 hours. My nose and throat have felt much better since the service. The ducts didn't seem to have much build-up, but the furnace did.

Alpine was on time, the employees were friendly and polite. They worked for approximately 8 hours removing not only insulation, but also flooring, paneling, carpet padding, and extra pieces of wood left behind by the builders. I was quoted a fair price and even though they had to have a second dumpster, prior doing so they made sure I was notified before they obtained it.

The attic was inspected by Dave, who then recommended the amount of insulation to be added, taking into consideration the low pitch of the roof. Installers were very courteous and clean-up was excellent. We have noticed a definite improvement in heat retention inside of our home.

Overall, they were good. They forgot to clean one of the returns which happened to be the dirtiest in the house. Also the price is very high, I'm not sure 500 for 2.5 hr's is worth doing every year. We called back and Alpine was prompt about resolving the return that did not get cleaned initially.

Dec. 13th was a very snowy day. They were a little late (15 minutes) but no problem. They were very courteous. They set up the hoses, covered their shoes, and blew in the insulation. The job looks complete and they did a good job. Clean-up was quick but thorough; in total it was about 1 1/2 hours.

Dave came out to inspect our attic and explained how much insulation we had and how much we should have. After a little research we called Alpine Group back to set up an appointment to install insulation. They were very flexible with our schedule. They showed up on time. They were very careful to not damage anything that may have been in their way while running the hose through the window into the house. The job took about 1 hour. There was not a spec of anything left behind. We definitely recommend this company for your insulation needs.
