They did a good job. They were thorough and responsive.

Dave Adams was very punctual and called if he was running behind when first coming to my home. During service performed Dave called to let me know what was being done. Crew was excellent.

They really did a great job. They arrived on time and even took their shoes off on my newly refinished floors. They explained what they would be doing and then got right to it. I spent a little more money than I wanted to, but it was definitely worth it.

They came out and spent about a half day on the service. This was the first clean in at least 12 years. They were professional, friendly and helpful.

Dave was a great help getting the insurance company to realize it would cost over $6000, not just $5000. Everyone was friendly, professional and did great work.

They told us we did not have mold, but it was something that happens to cinderblock walls. They said we could do a mold test, and chances were that it would come back positive because most homes have mold, but they could tell we did not have a serious problem. They informed me that the mold we have is not a serious problem. They advised us to have someone inspect the house if we ever sell the home, and that then would be the time to hire a remediator. I found them to be very honest, and respected them for their honesty. They were incredibly helpful and very high class.

They were really exceptional all the way around. I love the fact that it’s actually the owner that comes out to talk about the job and advises and provides recommendations. The guys that showed up were timely, professional and very courteous. They were also very personable. The job went as planned and I thought the price was very competitive and it was just a really excellent experience. It was particularly good to have one company that provides both the insulation services and duct cleaning services. It was very convenient for us since we were moving into a new home.

David the owner came out 2 days after I called. The workmen Ron and Josh did the installation. They were all polite and very respectful of my things. Helped with sweeping and clean up.

Alpine was the second insulation contractor from which we requested a proposal for blowing additional insulation into our attic. Three days after our initial call, owner Dave Adams came to our home early on a Saturday to assess our insulation needs. He carefully and thoroughly walked through our entire attic, listened to our questions, thoughtfully explained what we should expect, and gave us a quote for the work. We requested that Dave include in the quote that he would inspect the work after it was complete. We accepted his quote and scheduled the work for three weeks later after we returned from vacation. Alpine's two installers arrived promptly to begin the work, and Dave arrived shortly thereafter to explain to them a few nuances of the project. They used the garage stairway access to our attic and created no mess in the house or the garage. The workers were extremely courteous, professional and efficient. Dave returned to our home to inspect their work before they left, and the invoiced amount was identical to that of the quote.

I was really impressed with them. They spent probably five hours. I would use them in the future.

Following a new roof installation in August, we realized that our house needed additional attic insulation. I called around for estimates. Alpine impressed us with their bid and their proposal. Two guys came out on work date with truck and hoses. They accessed attic through a window over garage. The process took a few hours, and was a little noisy. No mess during or after.

It was a good process. They arrived on the dot and were ready to work. I'm somewhat nervous about people working in my home, and the two men who came to work were incredibly nice to me and my 9 month old daughter. I felt comfortable with them being in my home. The lady we spoke with on the phone about the process was sweet and thorough. She even gave me advice about picking another company if we didn't go with them. I like that they weren't pushy, but ethically and customer service driven. The guys were so sweet, my daughter went nuts "talking" to them and they even talked back to her! This was a great experience. The guys knew what they were talking about and explained everything about the process to me. They even said to call back anytime with any questions or concerns. I just feel really good about the cleaning, and my home feels so much better now. Before it would need dusting through the house twice a day and we'd still have dust problems. I cleaned today, and I don't see even a quarter of the residue I would have last week. I am so glad we used Alpine, our home feels so much better now.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of everyone I dealt with throughout the project. Dave Adams and his staff kept me informed and answered any questions that I had throughout. Everyone did everything they could not to inconvenience us and to keep the rest of the house as clean as possible. This was a challenge since the crawlspace entrance was in the master bedroom closet. The quality of the work was excellent and was evidenced by comments about what a fine job Alpine had done from an electrician and a plumber that I hired separately. I was very pleased with their work and would recommend them highly.

Despite playing second fiddle (I called Alpine to fix a few problems stemming from poor work by another provider), they performed great. I received a near immediate response to my inquiry, and had the owner scheduled to come over the following day to provide a quote. Dave (the owner) was knowledgeable, forthright, and recognized that we live with a limited budget in a home built in 1940 (in other words, you can always find something more to fix). The folks who performed the quote went above and beyond while here, even spending extra time to clean a few things--at no cost--not included in the original quote. Overall, the work was great, and the workers themselves were very helpful.

The owner of the company arranged to visit my house in person (60 miles away) the next day. He was punctual and professional. He knew I called for a second opinion and an estimate but still made me feel as though I was getting his best effort and shared in full detail what I could expect from his company. I ended up using the company that gave us the first estimate but I would not hesitate to use Alpine in the future or recommend others contact them for mold remediation or other cleaning projects.

It went well. Love's made the arrangements, but I wanted to speak with Alpine personally. Owner, Dave, came out and described exactly what was going to happen. We had the dates wrong, but that was quickly taken care of. They came out and did the work. We noticed after they left that they had missed 2 vents downstairs. We called them and they turned around and came back later that day, I believe after hours to finish the job and make it right. That was most impressive.

This job and service went exactly as it should. Salesman arrived very promptly and soon after contact and the technicians came when they were scheduled. They completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up following the job.

The workmen were very prompt. I received a 15% Angie’s List discount. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. I appreciated the care they took with my belongings.

Honest ( Could have charged for over insulated me & didn't) personable, competent, professional.

They were good and I will use them again in the future.

The Alpine staff as been great to work with from start to finish. Katie on the phones and email is prompt, efficient, friendly and patient with the many questions I had for her. We hope to work with Alpine to have our ducts cleaned as well.

Very smooth; however, I expected a follow up from the company but have had no contact since the job was completed.

Two technicians arrived about 12:30 p.m. They were exactly on time. One technicial started with the mold remediation while the other one tackled the air duct cleaning. All the ducts were taped shut first and then he started a very large vacuum outside. Then each duct was cleaned individually. The technician also cleaned the furnace. The technician with the mold worked diligently downstairs. I was not able to observe what he did because of not having a mask to wear, which he did. The work took about 5-1/2 hours. Both technicians were very professional and personable. I would use Alpine again and would definitely recommend this company.
