Contacted Alpine Group to have someone give estimate for the required services. They responded quickly, and Dave Adams, President of Alpine Group did the assessment and estimate. We decided to move forward with their bid. Everything went well regarding the process, and the technicians did an excellent job. They were prompt, professional, and did a thorough cleanup. I would definitely use their group again if we would have need for their services.

Arrived at 9:30 am for a 10:00 am appointment, set up equipment and completed work. Wore foot covers, disposed of all trash, reported dryer vent needed replaced and will have someone call me with the price to replace. Was very nice and polite.

Two men came on time and cleaned the dryer vent. The plastic housing popped off our home and the men were able to fix that.

Dave came when he said he would, checked out the crawl space, discussed his approach for solving the problems and gave me an estimate that same day including an Angie's List discount without being asked for it. It was a good business experience working with him.

Dave came out to give me an initial estimate. The attic access is very difficult, but he was able to navigate it. Afterwards, he explained everything that Alpine Group would do to bring my attic insulation up to an appropriate level. The workers came out, and politely discussed the work with us. They went above and beyond my expectations, adding more insulation than promised. They cleaned up after themselves, and no one would have known they were there. After the insulation was added, the temperature in the second floor of my house has normalized, staying with a degree or two of the downstairs. This is hard to do in a 3500 square foot home! I would happily recommend Dave and Alpine Group to anyone.

Dave Adams did the initial estimate within a day of our call. He seemed very knowledgeable and wasn't thrown by any of the obstacles facing their company in performing this task (very narrow attic access door; whole house fan; etc.). The team came out about 3 days later and did a fantastic job. They wore booties (which we appreciated) and did the basement insulation perfectly and quickly. The attic was more of a challenge because of our narrow access door but they managed to get up there. They also built a base around our whole house fan so that we could still use it even though they were blowing in about 9 inches of insulation. They also insulated the access door, which was much appreciated. All of the workers were really helpful, especially Curtis who was the one who worked out the problem with the whole house fan. Great clean-up job before they left as well. Highly recommend!!

Initially, the Energizing Indiana group came to my house and evaluated everything from heating/cooling, insulation, water, and so on. I found the Alpinecompany on Angies List and their recommendations looked superb. Dave Addams was very responsive both in the initial return of my Email inquiry and then coming to my house to give me an estimate. During the estimating process, he noted that one of my rooms did not have access to the attic so he suggested having a professional company cut a hole so they could gain access. I had Indiana Residential cut the hole, and then after Alpine installed insulation, IR came back to patch the hole. Alpine added insulation to this special room, along with the attic above the second floor and into the spaces around the eaves. Alpine upgraded my insulation in about 4 hours and cleaned up everything afterwards. A very good company!

Recently purchased a home and was told by the home inspector that the attic needed more insulation. Prior to the insulation being installed, we needed to have some work done in the attic area. We held off having the insulation done for a couple of months after we got the initial quotes from several insulation contractors. After living in the house for a few months, we also noticed that the air ducts and dry vent needed cleaning. We called Alpine and they gave us a quote for those services as well, which included a multi-service discount. We opted to go with Alpine as we could have all the services done at one time in the same day. The Alpine crew was timely, professional and got the job done in a timely manner.

Provided estimate promptly and performed job thorough and professionally. Was particularly pleased with how they cleaned up after job! Overall very satisfied.

They did a great job. The arrived promptly and took care of the issue at hand. There is no mold currently. This company did a great job, however we wished they would have followed up with us to make sure the mold had been taken care of. I would feel more comfortable with the service if they called us after the service to make sure everything went okay. I graded them N/A for price because we did not receive any other estimates and I can not give a valid grade for that area.

Great job abd very responsive, but not very punctual (over a 3-day period he was late everytime, anywhere between 30-90 minutes.)

They were exactly on time, were courteous. They had helpful advice, kindly delivered on air filters. They were able to change their normal procedure on dryer vents to meet my needs.

Alpine Group provided an estimate of the repairs needed to remediate a mold problem in the attic and crawlspace of a home I was purchasing. Dave Adams was very professional and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to answer all of my questions. Alpine Group?s estimate was competitively priced, as well. Unfortunately, the deal with the house fell through, so I did not actually hire Alpine Group for the repairs. But I would have hired Alpine Group for the repairs had the deal not fallen through. Alpine Group will be my first call if I ever need any of the services they offer.

They were very friendly and very professional. The were 40 minutes early with no call.

The company came to our house to give us a quote on mold removal on a house we were buying. They were prompt and professional. The owners of the house ended up going with another company but I would not hesitate to use Alpine in the future.
