He called back right away. He was very helpful in offering suggestions but said that he didn't think they'd really needed to come out, that it probably wasn't a mold issue. I appreciated his suggestions & will call him if it comes back. He could havee come out here & charged a service fee but didn't - I really appreciated that.

I had hired Alpine to remove old insulation and install new insulation in July of 2009. I recently went to sell my home (March 2013) and learned that the insulation that had been installed in 2009 had been done incorrectly; there was a section of the attic where the insulation had not been installed. I called Alpine and learned that in 2009, the company was owned by another individual. The new owner told me that regardless, he would stand by the company's work. He immediately arranged to have one of his crews go out to my house to install the missing insulation so that the sale of the home could proceed. He was extremely professional, polite and efficient. Honestly, I'd have to say that I was both shocked and impressed. Many new business owners would not have felt responsible to correct the mistake of a previous owner. Further, it would have been easier for him to move me to the bottom of the list vs. the top of the list. Needless to say, I'd have to say that I'd use him again in a heartbeat. It was such a pleasure to deal with someone with integrity who wanted to do the right thing and do it as quickly as possible. A+++++++++ is my vote.

They came right out and were right on time. He moved my dryer out and went into my crawlspace and indicated that there was no mold and he said that there wouldn't be a charge. I was impressed that they were so honest.

The salesperson/owner was on time and informative. Installers were prompt and cleaned up after work.

I am pleased with their work. They came when they said they were going to come. They came on time and did what they were supposed to do. I do not know anything about cleaning air ducts so I cannot say that they did everything correctly.

Dave was very accommodating, agreeing to come out at 5:00 which allowed me to not leave work early. He checked the attic and gave me his recommendations. The following Monday the guys came to do the work. They were early, worked efficiently, and completed the job in approximately two hours. The guys explained the basics of what they were going to do and then made sure I was happy with the work before they left. I would most certainly recommend Alpine Group as they are efficient, honest, customer focused, and do great work.

David called ahead and offered to come a little early, which worked well for me. He politely put up with my dog's inspection of him, as he came in the door. We proceeded to the basement and the areas of concern. He was very knowledgable and was quick to explain the situation to me, as well as my options. He informed me that the problem was not significant and that the work that needed to be done could easily be done by myself (he provided a shopping list to do it myself, and how to do it). He also offered an estimate of what it would cost if I had wanted his company to provide the service. In doing so, it was clear to me what my options were. Unlike other service providers i have had in the home, he did not make me feel stupid, nor did I feel like I was "being taken'. He also answered several of my questions related to the mold (use of dehumidifier, use of fan, etc). He could not have been nicer, and was patient as I asked my questions. I offered to pay him for his time and effort, but he would not accept any. If I ever need more help in this area, he will be the first person I will call. I would surely recommend him to any friends who would ask for a name.

I called the office to schedule an appointment to have Alpine take a look at some mold and had questions about insulation for our home. Originally, scheduled an appointment for Tues at 8:15am, but Dave didn't have any water to his home, so we rescheduled for the following day, which was fine. He took a look at the mold and said it was a task we could perform on our own. Also had him look at insulating a crawlspace, but did not have easy access, so Alpine could not do the job. Also, had him look at insulation in our attic and around our basement. Both he said we could do on our own as well. He mentioned his company could do it, but would be more expensive vs. us doing it. We appreciated his honesty and suggestions on insulation for our home.

Dave was very candid and I welcomed his experience and recommendations for insulating my home. I appreciate he did not attempt to oversell as 2 other companies did. He was honest and his team reflected well on his company. His team was on time, thorough and courteous.

He seemed to know what he was doing and even took pictures inside of the vents to make sure it was clean! He was very thorough.

Matt and Coty showed up on time and were able to finish all the work in one day. They were able to answered all my questions and did a good job. They cleaned up every thing.

I was very happy with Dave and his associates. He returned my call promptly and set up an appointment within a couple of days to come out and look at what needed to be done. I needed insulation blown in and duct work repaired in my attic and baffles replaced. He also gave me a free duct cleaning with the price. The two associates who did the work were very friendly and professional. They were early getting to my house and they were done within a couple of hours. I would definitely use this company again.

I called several insulation contractors for a price quote. Robert Barnes came out for the estimate. You can tell that Robert knows his business. He made a thorough inspection and then explained the difference/advantage between fiberglass vs. cellulose. I chose Alpine Group because their price was competitive and because Mr. Barnes was more informative and knowledgeable. The guys showed up on schedule and did a very fine job, explaining everything as they were working. The job took about three hours. They cleaned up the area and made arrangements to return for the porch ceiling. They returned for that job and completed it in about an hour. I was very impressed with this company and would recommend them for anyone looking for blow-in fiberglass insulation.

They were very professional, responsive, and worked us into their schedule quickly. Also, they cleaned up very well after the work was completed.

He was punctual and gave me a quote for services. Robert has been extremely helpful in explaining what needed to be done. I received a quote less than 24 hours from appointment time. I was unsure of the remediation process and called and he remembered me and spoke in further detail with me and told me to call back if I had any further questions about remediation and what would be done.

We were very happy with the service. The staff was professional and completed the job in the amount of time estimated. The difference between our original construction and the new vapor barrier installed by Alpine was evident. We would definitely recommend them.

Dave was wonderful! He called back right away, we set a date for him look at the attic. He got an estimate to me right away. He stopped by to check on things the day his crew was here doing the work. Before the work was done I had inquired about a vent I needed taking care of and he gave me the name of a contractor.That contractor did a fine job as well! I would definitely use Alpine Group again!

Work done fast, clean and courteous.

I contacted Alpine Maintence Group to request an estimate to remove and replace the insulation in my attic after the new roof was installed because I became aware the old roof had been leaking so I knew the insulation would be wet in spots. Mr. Adams returned my call and set up an appointment. He arrived at the appointed time and determined it was a job his company could do and he provided me an estimate at that time. He estimated the job would take about 3 days so he set the date of the job to take place when the crew could work 3 days in a row. The 2 man crew arrived on time on the appointed day, were neat in appearance and went right to work. I also still have the knob and tube wiring and one of the crew sent out by the company had knowledge of this old wiring. The job was completed in just 2 days and the invoice price was the same as the estimated cost. Unfortunately, the crew was not on site when the company arrived to collect the dumpster of old insulation, so as a result it was not covered and insulation spilled over my neighbors fence and of course around the area where the dumpster sat on my property. I called the company the next morning to report that insulation was in my neighbors yard and in mine too. They sent a crew that afternoon to do clean up. My neighbor has a dog and was very concerned about the insulation in her yard so they sent a crew out again the next day to do more clean up. The second round of clean up met with my neighbor's approval and mine so I considered the job complete. Most of my dealing was with Katie Eikenberry the office manager was super to work with and responded to my emails quickly. Mr. Adams was also quick to reply and both stayed in touch until the clean up was completed.
