Showed up on time, and very polite. Looks like they did a great job.

The workers confirmed the spot the night before. They arrived early told me what they were doing, viewed the price, etc., very professional and cleaned up mess afterwards.

Dave was right on time. He took the time to explain what we were looking at and why we needed his services. he showed us what he was going to do and answered all of our questions. His team arrived on time, did what they said they were going to do and left our basement much cleaner than when they arrived. They were very professional and did a great job.

They were on time polite, and cleaned up after themselves.

On Time. Friendly. Offered info before and after service. Plugged holes in furnace after using their vacuums/compresed air. Vacuumed after. Forgot a couple of plastic covers on returns but those were easily removed by me. Took a bit over 2 hrs as they anticipated. Price was as quoted.

The service techs called when they were on the way, arrived on-time. Very professional. The only access is via the master closet and yet the installation went very well with minimal clean up afterwards. Techs draped contents of closet and cleaned up after.

It went well. Did all that I requested, allayed fears, told me the situation remedy was simple and that I could do it. I did. There was no charge. Person provided valuable information. Would not hesitate to call again for any of their services.

It went very well! We had gotten a quote from a prospective mold remover and they quoted us $5000. They (the other company) also told us that we had black mold in the house, but did not instruct us to leave the house. The inspector later said he "made a mistake" and if we really had black mold he would have asked us to move until the mold was taken care of. He also mentioned to my husband that telling me we had black mold in the house was a "scare tactic" he used to get people to buy. I checked Angie's list and Alpine had many good reviews, where the other company had about three. I also know a business owner that recommended Alpine. Shopping around, I emailed many companies to see if $5000 was overpriced and Dave at Alpine was the ONLY person who emailed me back. I told him my situation (I had signed a contract with the other company for the $5000 but had three days to cancel) and he came out the next day. He was very honest and prompt. I would definitely use them again!!

Alpine was exceptionally professional. They were polite, took care not to track dirt into the house, seemed to take pride in their work and appeared to do a very thorough job. The cost is a bit high, but I chose Alpine in the first place, because of their reputation. I could imagine many vent cleaning services are actually people who charge for cleaning but don't really do a thorough job. With Alpine, I am confident that I got the level of cleaning that I expected. Because of the cost, I doubt I'd have this service done again in the near future, but perhaps in another 7 or 8 years I will call Alpine back.

We hired Alpine Group to clean 22 vents plus a dryer vent in a 10-year old home we recently purchased. The ducts contained lots of hair and debris and the dryer vent was full of lint and there was also an odor of a previous dog throughout the home whenever the furnace was running. I contacted Alpine Group via Angie's list and very quickly received an estimate via email which included the discount for the free dryer vent cleaning. I called to confirm the price and schedule cleaning. They were able to schedule the cleaning within a couple days and actually called on the day they were due to arrive to say they could arrive earlier than scheduled which worked very well for us. Two very nice young men arrived and explained the process and went room to room with me to identify the ducts and the dryer vent and the furnace room. When they finished vacuuming the ducts, they then cleaned all the vents in the floor and the ceiling by hand. They were finished in under 3 hours and then we turned on the air conditioning and the dog smell was gone. The air smells fresh. The final cost was exactly the amount quoted in the original email. I was extremely pleased with the quality of service and the reasonable cost and will definitely use Alpine Group again in the future and will recommend them to others.

Mark Morris came out and inspected the crawlspace. There was definitely water coming through somewhere along the foundation and the insulation was wet and damp. After his inspection, he recommended to me to contact a foundation repair company which I will do through Angie's List. He was so knowledgeable about crawlspaces and I learned a lot. I highly recommend him and his company for basement/crawl issues, other than foundation problems. Alpine offers other services that I am not privy to. He is also a certified mold remediator. A+ in my book.

Efficiently and smoothly

In the process of building our home, there have been several disappointment with poor service and response to requests for mistakes to be fixed, but Alpine Cleaners went above and beyond to care for us. I would highly recommend them. I can't thank them enough! They certainly encouraged and took great care of us as real people, not just customers, and made a difficult experience tolerable, beyond doing great work in a timely and pleasant way..

Received competitive estimate. very professional and informative in talking through are needs. technicians arrived prompty and made sure i was satisfied at end of service.

Dave is the ultimate in professionalism. He put forth a schedule and stuck to it. The schedule spelled out all the problems and what it would take to fix it and what date it would be fixed by. The saddest thing is this is what everyone SHOULD do. When I was searching it was impossible to find a company that would do it like that. He communicated every step of the way. He made himself available to address any questions or concerns I had. Oops let me say it like this. Every time he sensed concern HE CONTACTED ME. Not to say I know the steps that need to be taken. This review is painfully overdue. Our house needed additional insulation blown in to the attic space above the length of our house. An appointment was quickly scheduled, Dave Adams came out and gave us a professional analysis and a competitive bid, so we scheduled the work to be done shortly thereafter. Dave's crew came to our house (on time) and completed the job cleanly and with no problems. I was 100% satisfied with their work. Here's where it gets good though. The following morning, I awake to find that I'm having lighting and electrical issues throughout my house, mainly on the floor where the insulation had been blown in the day before. Thinking that there's no way that this could be coincidental and that it must be somehow related to the insulation, I called Dave Adams who immediately apologized and told me he would send out one of his representatives (Robert Barnes) and the crew who did the work on the day before. They arrived quickly and began to assess and attempt to remedy the situation by searching through the attic for any potential issues/shorts/tripped heat sensors, etc. When they were unable to solve the problem, Dave Adams arranged for an electrician to come to our house to troubleshoot the problem. The electricians determined that the problem was indeed coincidental and was in fact a completely unrelated IPL issue, somewhere between the pole and our house. I thanked Dave for sending out these electricians and asked him to add the cost of their service to my bill. He refused. Dave Adams and his representatives at the Alpine Group went so far above and beyond the scope of their responsibility in the effort to help me solve a problem that they did not cause that I was totally blown away. I would (and have) recommended Dave and the Alpine Group to everyone I know. Thanks Dave!

We called Alpine Group to have them take a look at some mold that we had noticed in our guest bathroom. We were concerned that there may be more in our attic as well. We emailed Dave and received a quick response. He set up a meeting with a specific time (not a 2-6 window) a few days later that worked around my work schedule, and when he thought he was going to be late he gave me a call to give me a heads up. When he arrived, actually a little early, he was very professional and friendly. I showed him the spot in our bathroom that we were concerned with and he also got into our attic to look around and check there. Thankfully for us, the mold in our bathroom was from a small leak issue caused by a roof issue in windy rain storms, and something that we can handle ourselves. Dave told me what we needed to do to take care of the small amount of mold and what to look out for later when guests use that restroom and when we have windy rain storms. He was very friendly and did not attempt to charge us for services that we did not need.

Dave came out to determine the source of a mildew smell we were having in a first floor room. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He inspected our cellar basement and crawl space and identified the source. Then gave a couple options. We did not have them do the work, only because we decided our roof replacement was a higher priority and the problem was not urgent. The estimated price Dave gave us was very reasonable. I will definitely have them do the work if we decide to do it.

They arrived on time in the morning. They were professional and completed all the work as agreed. Dave came out to verify all the tasks were being completed. When they finished they took the time to explain what they had done. I have used them in the past and have been very pleased with their work.

The 2 technicians arrived on-time and cleaned the 8 air vents, 1 air return and the 20' flexible dryer vent. Once completed, they ensured that the areas were clean. The technician that cleaned the dryer vent advised that he slightly damaged the flexible tubing with the cleaning device but repaired the damage once the cleaning was finished. They were very professional and courteous. The estimated block of work time was about 4 hours, however, they were able to complete the tasks in about 2 hours since only 8 air vents needed cleaning.

We needed our home inspected for mold. We contacted Alpine with 1 day's notice, and they worked us into their schedule. They were very quick to respond, showed up as scheduled, and were very thorough with the inspection. They found no problems, and didn't charge us anything because they found our home to be mold free. We would definitely use them again.

See above. I would not recommend or hire in the future. After reading the response from the company I feel compelled to reply. I was not overwhelmed at the time I spoke to Mr. Adams. The last I heard from him was as written above. He never spoke to me any further or talked to me about not being able to give me a quote. Maybe he had intended to do so and thought that he had but he did not! I certainly hope that others have a better experience with this company than I did.

The men (2) arrived on time. Took a little longer than scheduled. Both careful at home (put down drop cloths, wore booties) Cleaned well after work complete. Took me around to check on what was done and how well clean up was done.

They came on time - finished in extended time. Took no breaks, left no mess very polite.
