It went very well. Sam and Jose arrived early. They were professional and courteous, explaining all they were doing. They cleaned up nicely. Their price was competitive, based on a couple calls I made to other companies. We're building a house so we'll use them when we move.

Sam and Noah did a fantastic job! We noticed that the air quality in the house was much better even before they completed their work. They were very professional, courteous, very neat, and answered any questions that we had. We could not have asked for a better experience from these two fine gentlemen.

I called to have someone come out to check my attic insulation, and Dave was able to come out the same day. He checked it and told me it was in good condition. I asked about air duct cleaning at that time and received a quote later that day. They were able to book the air duct cleaning the following week. Sam and Noah arrived on time, and Sam explained the entire process before they started. They were able to complete the job in two hours. After the air duct cleaning, Sam showed me what had been done. The entire experience in both instances was great. I would definitely hire them again.

Sam and Jon from Alpine just wrapped up cleaning our ducts. They arrived on time, were courteous, professional, and did a wonderful job. I'd highly recommend these guys and would used them again.

We picked the Alpine group based on their reviews and review count. They did a really good job. Showed up on time, called ahead when they were coming, made sure to lay down coverings on the floor to protect our house and then cleaned up everything after the job. They went around with their vacuum and vacuumed our house which I thought was super nice, because our vents had a lot of sediment coming up and some of it got out of the tube. They took before and after pictures of our vents which was nice. We asked if they could clean the dryer vent from the top, since our dryer vent is difficult to get off and on from the dryer, and they obliged kindly. I think it was Chris and Jeff who came out to do our service. Both gentlemen were very nice and answered my questions if I asked any while they were working.

It went very well. Responsive call follow up after initial voicemail. Scheduling was relatively quick (within a week). Sam was very professional and Thorough in his description of the work before it was done and afterward. I’ll hire them again.

The guys were very polite and efficient. Did the job and were on their way. A few tears in the drywall after having removed the registers from the walls, but not a big deal. Beyond the air duct cleaning, the owner of Alpine is a true stand-up man, because he advised me a great deal on what might be causing the growth issues that we were seeing in the HVAC system and offered good recommendations (to check the load calculation of the system installed - oversized systems are common culprit - and then to ensure the boots were sealed to the ducts). We got all that taken care of and now a year later, we have growth again on the handler unit. The HVAC company of course is suggesting installing an expensive air purification system, but that only treats the symptoms and does not get at the cause. I called Dave again and he provided great advice again to put a thermal blanket on the handler since it's located in an unconditioned space (which would help to mitigate the root cause of condensation due to cold air in handler mixing with warm air in garage in summer). Very grateful for Dave in helping us understand what could really be going on and how we might solve the problem.

Excellent! Sam and Jose did a great job! We moved in 18 months ago. We have 2 heating units and 8000 square foot home. Based on the before and after pictures the ducts look brand new! Mark Morris inspected our crawl space. He noticed that although the crawl was generally very dry, a line near the furnace was dumping water directly into the crawl space and there was a circle of mud around the furnace and the duct work was slightly embedded in this mud. We now think that our water softener flush line is dumping directly into the crawl space causing this problem. Mark gave us many helpful tips and recommended rerouting the line dumping water into the crawl and installing a dehumidifier to reduce the humidity in the house to less than 60%. He also recommended not pursuing remediation or duct cleaning until we resolved the water draining into the crawl and lowered the humidity in the house. We are very grateful to Mark for noticing the source of moisture in our crawl and for his many helpful tips. The inspection was free. Wow!

The technicians arrived and started to cover all the vents and returns. They started cleaning the registers and returns. At the end we had some questions and Chris answered our questions. They were professional and did a good job. We used the promotion coupon from Alpine Group.

David Adams came out to address my concerns and make recommendations. He was very informative. David went out of his way to make sure everything was done right and was easy to work with. The Alpine team did a good job.

The job went very well indeed. The crew of two showed up on time, were professional and knowledgeable, and completed their work efficiently and cheerfully. They made a good impression on me and were good representatives for Alpine.

After one minor adjustment, each of the crews got the message that we meant *all* surfaces and everyone did a very good job. Alpine was the only company we found that understood and would do what we wanted, rather than just follow their own protocol. They were very flexible when we had to reschedule. I looked into renting equipment and doing the job myself, but found the cost about equal to hiring Alpine, so in a sense, their labor was free. They missed a couple of very minor things. One call was enough to get them taken care of the next day.

They arrived on time & finished early, having done a very thorough job. I had a coupon for a free dryer vent cleaning, & I paid extra to include a deodorizer for the leftover cigarette smell - the guy said the smell was concentrated in the fiberboard box next to the furnace, where all the vents meet up. He explained that he applied the deodorizer, but he couldn't use much because the fiberboard would get wet & become moldy. This information guided me on the next step to fixing the overall problem (replacing that box), so I'm grateful for their thoroughness & the information.

Chris and Eric were awesome. Really nice people and very thorough technicians. They did a great job cleaning all the vents, gave me some insight into the layout of the HVAC system, reminded me to change my furnace filter, and made sure they left everything as clean or cleaner than they found it. Couldn't be happier!

This is the second time that I have used Alpine Group for duct cleaning @ this address (rental). The ducts were filthy with debris, dust & pet hair both times. Alpine left them in excellent shape and ready for new tenants. Will gladly use a third time sometime in the next 6 or 7 years.

I am a real estate broker and this home was a listing that I had so the inspection revealed the presence of old in the crawlspace. I contacted Alpine and they were out within a day to evaluate and provide a proposal. My seller agreed to the terms, the service was performed in one day and paid in full. I believe that everyone involved was pleased with the price, process and end result. I would recommend them anytime there is a need for the services that they provide!

Alpine tech cleaned the Heating Ducts & returns in a vacant rental house that had not been serviced for over 8 years. The previous 2 tenants had cats and the returns contained 2" of cat hair and assorted debris. He was very thorough, even left any change he found in the returns, for me. The returns and ductwork are extremely clean and the whole house smells much better. This is the second time I have used Alpine Group and I have been very satisfied both times.

Excellent work-very professional. Completed work in a timely manner. The team went above and beyond by fixing a small crack in the foundation they found while doing the work, at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend them.
