They did a great job from estimate to scheduling of the service to clean-up. The day of the installation was New Year's Eve morning on a day that was extremely cold. Even so, the two installers arrived on time and were efficient, courteous, and clean. One operated the blower in the truck and the other was in the attic with the hose for the actual installation. They took photos of the completed work so I could see what they had done. They were VERY careful with how they moved the equipment through the house. I was impressed with how careful and clean they were at all times. They entire job was complete in two hours. The end result is that it is now noticeably warmer on our second floor!

Alpine Group was contracted to do mold remediation at my father's home that he is renting to my daughter. Dave Adams the owner of the company came out and performed a thorough inspection of the house. Dave provided me with a written estimate and explained what work would be done. Before having the work done we had contacted the insurance company to see if mold remediation was covered. Dave spoke with and provide all of the required paperwork the insurance company requested. Our claim was approved and Alpine started the work on December 2nd. Scott the technician arrived and informed use of all the work that would be done. My daughter is pregnant with her first baby and was concerned about any chemicals be used. Scott reassured her the chemicals used were not harmful and there was nothing to worry about. He answered all of her questions and always informed my son in law of the next area of the house that they would be working in next. We were told the work would take a week to complete. Alpine finished the work on time and did a very good job. I would recommend this company to any member.

My renters were noticing some mold growing on their attic access panel. I know that some mold companies have the reputation for scaring you into spending thousands to get rid of mold when it may not be necessary, so I thoroughly read through Angie's list reviews to (hopefully) find an honest company. Mark with Alpine Maintenance delivered. He came out and assessed the problem. To my great relief, he explained that the reason mold was forming on the attic access cover was simply because the whole rest of the attic was insulated, but there was no insulation at all behind the attic access panel. This was causing condensation to form on the panel when the cold air from the attic hit the warm, heated air from the interior. He gave me instructions on how to remediate the problem by washing the mold off the panel with Dawn dish soap, making sure to rinse the soap off well, and adding some insulation to the back of the panel. After my experience with Alpine Maintenance Group I have no doubt that they will give you an accurate and honest assessment of your problem and would not hesitate to recommend them!

I was very satisfied with Dave's company. He is very professional and responsive, answered all my questions, and quickly took care of the mold issues in my basement. I trust Dave and feel he went above and beyond to take care of the issues identified as a result of the home inspection.

Mark gave timely estimate, gave a $200 discount through Angie's List! Our circuit breakers kept tripping until they ran heavy cords to two separate circuits inside the house. Very smooth & successful operation. The 2 service men were friendly & knowledgeable.

He did a thorough inspection, telling us we didn't have a mold problem. He suggested that the musty smell was from slightly damp insulation in the crawl. Not to worry! Yea!

They did a fantastic job with the attic. They made sure there were extra vents so that it could breathe. They worked very hard on the foil line, they worked for hours. I might need them to come back out to check the line again.

Alpine Maintenance Group came out and gave me an estimate for treating some mold in the basement of a property that I have for sale. The process was painless. They were there on time and was very professional for the estimate. The area's that needed to be treated was recorded and the next day I had an estimate. The estimate came back less than expected, so I feel that they were more than fair on pricing. After giving the approval for doing the work on the estimate they came out two day's later and cleaned up the small mold problem that I had. Again showing up on time and worked in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. In the future if I am in need of any of there services, I will be sure to give them a call.

The crew from Alpine arrived promptly, went about the job at hand. After I showed them the location of the dryer, the vent and where it terminated outside, they performed the work without any delays. It probably took about an hour, perhaps less. I wasn't pressured to purchase other services, as many companies do; I asked them how often they would recommend this service, and I was advised, still without pressure.

Came to home to review, very helpful with work that I needed done. I had estimate the very next day. Set up time and date. Technicians arrived at my home and went to work immediately. Did an EXCELLENT work and left no mess at all for me to clean up. .Overall, these guys were constantly busy getting the job done and were great to keep me informed of what they were doing. DEFINITELY recommend this company to others and will call on them if I should have any future needs.

I originally contacted Dave to ask if he would consider taking my job as I live in Bartholomew county and they normally don't service the area. Dave immediately replied back and said he would do the job if he could help me. I had already done mold testing, samples, and air quality tests. I sent the report to Dave and he went over the results with me. He said he would come down and look at the house for an estimate, but with the report and the pictures I provided, the job looked to be pretty straight forward. If and only if I was comfortable with it, he could give me the estimate without coming to the house. It would save time and money in the end. I agreed and Dave had a quote for me by the end of the day. I had an Angie's List big deal coupon for $200 off mold remediation. Dave went over and above that on the total job pricing. We scheduled the work to be done three weeks later. Unfortunately, a staff member had had an accident and it pushed the schedule back a little. I hated to wait, but it was well worth it. Curtis and Nick came out the first day. They were punctual, very friendly, and very informative. Curtis took the time to talk with me and answer all of my questions, while Nick prepared for the job. They originally thought it might be a one day job, but they didn't want to rush it. They would rather come back the next day to make sure they had gotten everything and that was fine by me. Curtis and Quentin came back the following day to finish the remediation and to clean and fog the duct work. Once again, they both were very friendly, personable, informative, and helpful in general. They took the time to answer any more questions we had, make suggestions, and always informed us of what they were doing and why. We felt somewhat educated on mold by the time they were done. We were very impressed with Curtis, Quentin, and Nick and the information/service they provided. I was also very impressed with Dave Adams ( the owner) and my dealings with him via telephone and email. He was very friendly, professional, and informative. He was always quick to return calls or respond to emails. I would recommend Alpine Group to anyone. They did a great job!

Dave Adams came out and gave us a fair estimate regarding the work. We had a very large crawlspace that had been neglected for a long time. His quote was the most comprehensive and covered a lot of the issues as above. His crew was prompt, thorough and conscientious, especially Curtis. They covered and protected the hallways, doors and cleaned up daily. They kept us apprised of the progress of the work at all times. Dave also called several times to update us and at the completion reviewed everything that was done. He stuck to his estimate and did a great job.

The crew was prompt. The crew unfortunately did not complete the job properly as contracted. The vapor barrier was not completely covering our crawl space. The trash was not removed, simply left under the vapor barrier. Wires not strapped. These were the easy part of the job. If my husband wasn't capable of inspecting the work done in the crawl space, we would have paid a high price for shoddy work. We called the owner, Dave Adams, back twice to remedy the situation. I have little confidence that the mold remediation portion of the job was thorough since it was the most tedious part of the work, demanding scrubbing down a large amount of boards in crawl space with chemicals and brushes. Impossible for us to inspect. I will have it reinspected this year. Dave did adjust our bill by $200.00 for our trouble.

Alpine provided us with an honest assessment of our wall, that we could clean it ourselves without any additional work being done. No charge for the estimate, we were very pleased.

The attic in my house was very poorly insulated so I called Dave Adams of Alpine. In a couple of days, I had an assessment and estimate. We have a whole house fan in the attic so he explained in detail the best way to install the insulation. Their estimate seemed very reasonable so I scheduled the work for the following week. The two installers were very professional and were especially careful about keeping the house clean during and after the work. I am very pleased with their work and would most certainly use them again.

Starting with the estimate, all of the people from Alpine were extremely courteous and professional. They showed up on time, they completed the work quickly and they left no mess. Nick was a great installer! We didn't see Cody much because he was out running the equipment in the truck. A superb job by a great group of people!

Dave Adams gave estimate for air duct cleaning . On July 12,2013 the crew showed on time to clean the House Ducting and furnace. They were on time and out in about three hours. The reason for cleaning was due to allergens ,House dust, Dust Mites ,weed dust .at least twenty years of duct dust and dirt buildup. After the cleaning my dog and I are sleeping better. And Most of all NO sinus problems, in the morning. what a great feeling and my blood pressure is down. Good service and great results. That is it in a nutshell.

Great no problems, arrived on time, cleaned up after work performed. Two young were pleasant and worked well.
