Easy to schedule. Dave came out and advised us the problem wasn't that bad and that we could clean it up ourselves. Said he could charge us to do the cleanup, but it wasn't necessary. We will keep this company in mind when we need additional services they provide.

From dealing with Mark for the estimate and Terry in the office as well as the two installers, everything was right on schedule. Everyone was prompt, polite and professional. The installers were very nice and cleaned up afterwards. We were happy with their work and the price.

They took a look at the crawl space and let us know we did not need the service just yet and it would be too expensive to justify. I believe the owner, John, came out for the service. He suggested I have some home inspectors come out first. I appreciated their honesty. I had no difficulty scheduling them out for the service.

Dave, the owner, came out to do the quote and was personable and professional. He gave some good feedback throughout the process. He set up the work to be done which was facilitated by the office. TJ and Chris (I believe) were the two service reps who communicated well from prior to arrival through their departure. The work was done well and within the time-frame they outlined. I came home to no mess and all furniture moved back from where the vents required movement. Great service.

They offered a much better price than other estimates I had received. They did a very good job with the work.

The gentleman came out and he was honest. He said the mold we had was not that bad and he advised that he could give me an estimate or that if I continue to use the bleach we wouldnt have to pay anything to correct it. He was great! Very personable and introduced himself. Well explanations on everything!

From the moment we met Dave Adams from Alpine we knew we were in good hands. He was prompt, courteous and professional. His installers, T.J. , Ari and especially Curtis could not have been nicer. Their professionalism was a breath of fresh air and their knowledge second to none. Bunch of great young men. I cannot say enough about their work ethic. Top notch. Mark came to the house to perform the FREE estimate & was great. He was professional and very thorough explaining the details & process of how the job would be done. I was impressed with how clean and organized the guys were while the work was being done. I had additional questions after the job was complete and they were quick to respond. I recommend Alpine Group to anyone needing this type of work done in their basement here in Broad Ripple.

He came out and tested for mold and went ahead and treated my mold problem free of charge since there wasn't very much to treat. I would highly recommend him. He was very honest, informative and professional.

Everything went very well, and I am definitely pleased with the service. The guys were very friendly, explained everything thoroughly, and cleaned us all of the dust that came out of the vents. I wasn't sure what to expect as I had never had either service performed before, but everything was very clean, quick, and well done. I will be sure to call Alpine for my future cleanings!

I found the Alpine Group on Angie's List and called their office. Someone answered immediately and said Dave would get in touch with me later that day, which he did. We scheduled a time for him to come look at our attic space, and he arrived at the designated time as scheduled. He inspected our attic space and the exterior of our house. He identified the cause of the smell, and presented us with three options to try and reduce the smell, one of which we could readily implement ourselves. Even though we decided not to use Alpine Group, I was very confident in Dave's assessment. He and his office staff were very easy to talk to and Dave was very personable.

Office staff was very courteous. Guys on the job were very thorough. Called and let us know they would be a few minutes late. Very courteous. Protected carpets and corners where their hoses would go. Let us know about time remaining. Bag was very dirty when they finished. Glad we had them. Highly recommend.

I have a home built in 1950 which probably had the original insulation. The price was excellent and the installers were friendly and efficient. I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend!

Fantastic. Dave (the company president) came and did the house call in person. He was prompt and professional, but most of all, exceedingly honest. Even though we were expecting (and prepared) to hire his company to tear open the wall and conduct a full-scale mold remediation -- likely an expensive proposition! -- Dave politely told us that the discoloration on the wall was likely a one-off incident caused by condensation and that it would be completely unnecessary for us to have any work done by his company. He could easily have invented a costly repair, and, instead, he suggested that we buy a bottle of dishsoap to handle the clean up. It was a refreshingly honest and wonderfully appreciated assessment (and it solved our problem entirely!).

They were professional from the estimate visit all the way through getting the work done. They took great care to make sure my mother felt comfortable and helped her out. They arrived on time, and worked hard until the end of the day all the days they worked on our house. They were friendly to me as well. They removed all the mold. They picked up all the trash and cleaned the garage floor so well, I think it's cleaner than it was when my parents bought the house. They did everything they agreed to and then some I would definitely use them again, though I hope I never have to! I updated the price because I went back to compare the other quotes we got for the job as well, and the other quotes did not include things like the trash dumpster. When I called around to see how much that would cost separately, it made the other quotes right about the same as this quote.

This guy basically told me I didn't need a lot of work and even gave me the name of a handyman who would do the work I DID need. He could have taken me for a lot of money but was...honest! WOW!

I submitted request for someone to look at a house that I am considering purchase to see if there is any obvious mold after 10am on a Tuesday night. By 7am on Wednesday the president of the company - Dave - had scheduled an appointment with me for the following day via email. He showed up promptly; we walked the house, looked in crawl space, basement, attics, bathrooms. Fortunately we saw no obvious mold but he was able to point out that there was a "puddle trail" in the crawl space indicative of a leak (crawl space is under the master bath). Recommended the replacement of the vapor barrier because it did not fully cover the crawl space. Also he showed me a lot of drywall dust in the furnace filters from repairs made on the house (it's empty) . . . said that it would make a lot of sense to have the ducts cleaned prior to moving into the house if I bought it. He refused to take any money from me for the walk-through, but he'll certainly be getting it for the vapor barrier and the duct cleaning should we buy the house. Great experience.

This is the 2nd time that we have had Alpine clean our HVAC duct system and again they did an excellent job. After reading an article in 2006 regarding the benefits of having the HVAC duct system professionally cleaned especially following new home construction I searched Angie's List narrowing my search to Super Service Award companies, member reviews, and companies who's technicians were certified by a national trade organization, choosing Alpine to provide the service. When the technicians completed this latest service we were told that the system was not too bad which I contribute to having a whole house electronic air cleaner which was installed prior to the original service. In conversations with individuals on the benefits of having their duct systems cleaned these individuals have contacted Alpine. Following the service that Alpine performed they have told me they were very pleased and could tell the difference in the air quality and the reduction of dust in their homes after the service was completed. One individual was so please that he is not only recommending Alpine to his family and friends but also to his clients. I highly recommend Alpine for members are in need of the above service.

Over the telephone we got estimates, Alpine Group was very detailed and told us what it would take to remove the mold and the cost per each step.

Curtis and his crew were very punctual, attentive and professional. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently.

The crew showed up as scheduled performed the job ped the arrived upon work contact overall they were very professional.

The company was very responsive at first, but once they got the job, correspondence was poor. They did not deliver on the promised schedule. They worked very only a few hours, showed up late, and required us to make additional work arrangements. The basement seems clean, but the cost was on the high side. The administrative person in the office was helpful.

After going up in my attic, the guy told me he would get back with me about my problem, and he never did. I even called him back, he said he had been sick, but he would get back to me. It is now June, and I have never heard from him!
