Dane was very professional and thorough during the initial inspection. He addressed potential mold sources other companies did not consider. His estimate was not the longest, but his knowledge was worth the extra ago. The crew he sent was courteous and professional.

Dave came out and confirmed that the mold was caused due to condensation from the fireplace. He gave us instructions on how to treat the problem ourselves, and options for further treatment if necessary. He was prompt and extremely helpful, and after following his instructions, there has been no mold growth!

Found deal via Angie’s List, had walk thru to review work. They arrived early, were very efficient & professional. Was pleased with how careful they were to protect flooring. They cleaned up when work done. Very nice guys!

Just inside the crawl space were heavy boxes and not something I could remove on my own. A crawl space is not a recommended place to store paper boxes. Alpine Group removed all the boxes and set them in my garage. They had air scrubbers going and a dumpster delivered so I decided this was a good time to get rid of "stuff" in my basement. The guys were so nice!!! They carried anything that was too heavy for me to carry. I had paper insulation attached to cinderblock in the crawl space. There was also paper insulation throughout. The condensation of the wall turned the insulation into a sheet of mold. Alpine group removed the moldy insulation, and cleaned the entire crawl space with a cleaner that actually smelled good. They replaced insulation in areas that should be insulated with the correct kind. A plastic vapor barrier was installed and that is going to make a huge difference in dust. They cleaned the mechanical room and everything in it. The walls in the finished part of the basement were cleaned and the floor swept. I also had them remove the insulation in my attic as it needed to be replaced due to mold spores from a previous construction project. They will be replacing the insulation once I complete some projects that are best done without insulation. WORKING WITH ALPINE WAS THE BEST DECISION I HAVE MADE IN A LONG TIME. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH NICE THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

Was early and began the job. Had to stop because the machine broke. They went back to the office to replace machine. Retuned and completed job. Took a little longer but it wasn't their fault1

Went great overall. Workers showed up on time everyday and was right on schedule from start to finish.

We had a leak in the concrete walls in the basement. We had someone to come and repair the leaks. In repairing the leaks we discovered there was mold in the drywall. We called Alpine Maintenance Group to come and inspect the mold. Dave Adams came and gave me a free inspection. He told me what he recommends that I do to correct the problem. He was very personable. He was thorough. It will require having some of the drywall taken off and replaced. He gave me recommended companies I can use for that work. I would highly recommend him.

Dave Adams and his crew were some of the best I've ever hired. This turned out to be a very tough job because of the tight attic space and the high temperatures. They took a lot of care with everything they did and made sure their work was done correctly. The crew was also friendly and listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and made sure I understood what they were doing. I highly recommend these guys.

The service was great. I was kept up to date as to what was needing to be done, what was going on, and knew up front exactly how much work and cost to expect to get the job done. The team was phenomenal and they were well worth the price.

Spoke with Mark (11/2015) to assess my mold issues and how best to arrange repair/cleaning I finally found an HVAC company that would work with him this spring so that I could get the heating and cooling fixed at the same time as the mold cleaning could take place. So I called Mark back this spring - we set up appointments for h, and the duct cleaning crew. The crew (Chris and Damian) were prompt, courteous and very helpful. They answered all of my questions, cleaned up work area and provided some advice regarding future cleaning needs. They were a professional company to deal with, and I will definitely recommend them to others.

David exuded expertise and professionalism beyond others we contacted for estimates. His quote was more than acceptable. Two young men showed up to do the fairly difficult 2 1/2 day job. Both were courteous, clean and capable. We trusted them completely and left the house off and on while they did the job with no regrets. When we returned after they had finished and left the house, locking it behind them, we found the house clean and the work done as expected, I'm difficult to please (former Marine Colonel) but was more than satisfied with Alpine. I highly recommend this squared away, competent organization!

The project from our perspective was a large one for our family to undergo. A highly concentrated area of mold was removed from our kitchen which resulted in a kitchen renovation and a massive cleaning plan to restore a healthy home environment. Mr Adams came to our home personally and did a thorough assessment of our situation and presented a plan for mold remediation. He was professional, knowledgeable and had a great deal of empathy as we have small kids in our home and had many health related questions. After a few quotes, it was a no brainer that Alpine would get the job. From start to finish, Mr Adams was competently in control of the project. It took awhile for us to start, due to other restraints so Mr Adams brought to our home an industrial air scrubber as an extra precaution to help filter the air. Once the project started, all employees were prompt, professional and accommodating. We didn't have any issues. Our case was interesting because after the remediation on the first floor, mold spores were found in the upper level of our home. Mr Adams came over on a Friday afternoon and helped us understand what might have caused the spread. I remember him sitting with our family (worried faced) and said, "I won't stop until we clear this up." That should sum it up for any one considering Alpine Group's services. We put in place a cleaning plan for our second level which was successful! I would highly recommend Alpine Group and trust Mr Adams impeccably.
