 + -1 moreMark did the requested work (mold inspection in my crawl space) within 24 hours of my request. His report was thorough and included details and pictures in a very professional pdf format which was emailed to me. Mark followed up quickly with each of my calls.
Description of Work: I called Mark on 3/12/07 to come out and do an inspection of my crawlspace to assess and identify any mold that was not removed by my mold remediation service last April. Mark was very responsive and did the work on 3/13/07. He did an excellent report which included pictures of several affected areas. Mark's report was thorough and exactly what I asked for when I agreed to his services. Mark did an outstanding job and his customer service was superb.
