They arrived early in the morning and had the work done by 3. They cleaned up all of the limbs and wood and hauled it away. They even took the time to clean up the sawdust from the sidewalks and driveway. Excellent work and we will definitely use them to remove trees in our backyard!

It went great. On the day we designated, Corey and crew showed up on time and were careful to lay down plywood for the bucket truck so as to not damage the yard. They did everything prescribed in the original estimate, as well as some additional items that Corey helped me decide on the day of service. It was a low and reasonable cost addition to the original estimate for these added services. Overall, Corey Allen and crew were a pleasure to work with. They did the work efficiently, expediently, and made sure to clean up the premises well. I'm completely satisfied and will certainly use Bill's Tree Service again when the need arises.

Bill called ahead of time, the crew showed up and immediately got to work. They were very professional and accomodating to what we asked to be one.

Cory Allen, Bill Allen's son, called an hour before arrival to let me know he and his crew was on their way. Crew included a tree climber who deftly proceeded to remove limbs partially overhanging an edge of our roof. I noticed he scaled the top of the neighbor's tree first to get a safety line secured. Nothing was done without professional forethought. Because of the height and their position, limbs were secured by lines and carefully lowered to prevent damage to house and to insure safety of fellow worker assisting with lines below. Mr. Allen and another crewman worked on lower limbs of our oaks and the smaller tree in front of the house. I was impressed with the attention they gave to each limb they cut. I would want them back for any further tree service work.

Corey called me the week before to set up a time to perform the work. The crew arrived 15 min early on the date agreed upon and immediately started preparing their tools and equipment. Corey went over the work again to make sure we were all on the same page before they started. Work progressed very quickly and the trees were felled without incident and pretty much where I wanted them. What I assumed to be pretty much an all day job was complete in a little over 4 hours. The two large trees were approx 40" in diameter at the base and had many very large limbs. Price was reasonable and a lower quote than I received from another contractor. Would highly recommend Bill's Tree Service!!

They allowed me to select the limbs I wanted removed, cut up the larger ones for me to use as firewood and did a nice job of cleaning up.

From first contact to job completion, I was very pleased with the customer service driven attitude of every one I spoke to at Bills. Jennifer answered my initial call, was responsive, friendly and helpful in answering my questions. She scheduled my job three weeks in advance and I was promptly notified upon arrival of the scheduled date (I had to make no more calls). Corey and his crew were prompt and wow they did an outstanding job! Moreover, the job was completed at the estimated cost, which was almost 1/3 less than the highest bid. Less cost is not equal to less quality in this case! Quality is 1000% of cost! I will most definitely be calling them in the future!

Had to climb the majority since they were near the house. They are very efficient on site. I have used Bill's tree service for over 15 years and have always been very happy.

Bill's Tree Service provided great service! I only needed a few tree limbs trimmed, which were up too high for me to trim myself. Because I had only a small amount of work, I didn't want to pay the minimum charge that most tree services require. Bill came out and gave me a free estimate and required no minimum! The work was done in a timely matter (within one week!) for a fair value and done well. Bill and Anthony were very nice to work with!

"The Guys" actually showed-up about a week before they were expected! While cutting down a large Maple in the backyard, the Guys had to work around some power lines, in mine & my neighbor's yards. Some wood was ground-up--branches were rotten on the inside. Most of the base was ok, & they placed that on a truck. Clean up was good, but I wish they 'd have done just alittle more. There were some twigs I think should have been cleaned-up; wouldn't want the lawn more to run over them. Maybe it's a girl thing. (?). But I certainly cannot fault them for their quality of cutting down the tree. I did receive a call when they were on their way over, as a head's up. They came, they saw (no pun) & they conquered! i.e. The plan was set, & they got to work. The Guys were polite & I appreciated the info in answering a couple of questions.

Went very well. Did everything we had talked about when they gave me the estimate; did it efficiently and professionally. I'll call them again.

The tree looks much better than I thought it would (or even could), and they made sure everything was cleaned up. The price was reasonable. I'll use them again and have no reservations about recommending them.

I have had Bill's Tree service do work both at my home and business. They do an excellent job. Their price is reasonable, usually not the lowest or highest bid I get, but they consistantly do good work.

He was very professional and showed up when he said that he would. The job was done exactly how I asked. I have absolutely no complaints about the service.

They arrived as promised at 7:30am and went right to work. I was totally amazed how quickly they had the tree down,about an hour and half! They left not so much as a leaf for me to pick up,so I applaude the cleanup! Their estimate was between 3-5 hundred lower than the other places I called. This is a family operation with Dad Bill at the helm, son Corey running the crew and Daughter-in-law Jennifer running the office. Thanks everyone for a job well done! P.S. It was very hot and muggy today so I ran the sprinkler so the guys could cool off as needed.
