Description of Work: We were not able to use the big deal that we purchased because Bills Tree service would not do any of the work we needed for that price. They told us we would have to spend an additional $400 to get any work done. Unfortuately, it is really not fair to rate them based on our experience, but I would not contact them again because they were not willing to work with us at all.

Description of Work: Trimmed and prune my large trees and a pine tree. Bill came out, did the estimate, they scheduled for the following Monday and did the work. Good job and easy to work with.

Description of Work: As I shared previously (for some reason it doesn't show on website), they didn't respond in a timely manner. I hired someone else to do the job. When they finally called they were apologetic and indicated they were confused with the process. They believed clients were suppose to contact them. I am not real impressed with Angie's list big deal program. A lot of hassle with out the benefit. I asked for a credit and didn't receive it. So I went back to credit card provider with the request.

Description of Work: Other than the office staff, I did not deal with anyone. They gave an estimate, I agreed to the price via telephone, and the service was performed. Stumps were removed, and there were no issues.

Description of Work: Did not use coupon because the estimate I was given was significantly more than I had paid a year ago, with a different provider, for more extensive work. This was so even with the coupon.

Description of Work: I actually used hte company twice in the month of September. The first time was to remove a tree that had split and fallen after a storm on Sept. 3rd and the Second time was on 09/30 to trim 2 additonal trees.

Description of Work: BILL CAME IMMEDIATELY WHEN WE HAD A HUGE TREE FALL ACROSS OUR DECK LATE LAST SUMMER. WITHIN 2 DAYS, HE AND HIS CREW WERE THERE TO ROPE OFF THE REMAINING BRANCHES, DROP THEM DOWN TO THE YARD, CUT DOWN THE REST OF THE TREE, CUT IT UP AND HAUL IT AWAY.

Description of Work: DELIVERED 10 CUBIC YDS OF WOOD CHIPS TO MY HOUSE FOR FREE. THEY ARE FROM BRANCHES THAT THEY RUN THROUGH THE CHIPPER, SO ARE LARGER THAN REGULAR MULCH - BUT YOU CAN''T ARGUE WITH FREE.

Description of Work: I HAD BILL OUT TO PRICE THE JOB WHICH THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY CALLS FOR THE ESTIMATE. MY WIFE AND I FINALLY DECIDED TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THE PROJECT SCHEDULED THE WORK FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK. BILLS TREE SERVICE NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED TO RESCHEDULE, I GUESS THAT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY. WE, IN FACT, DID RESCHEDULE TWO MORE TIMES WITH THE SAME RESULT: NO SHOW, NO WORK DONE, NO PHONE CALLS. I WOULD ASSUME THAT MY PROJECT WAS NOT LARGE ENOUGH, BUT IF THAT WAS THE CASE, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW WHEN THEY CAME FOR THE ESTIMATE. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE HAD FROM ANYONE ON ANGIE''S LIST BY FAR!
