Three men came out to do the job. I was very much happy with the job they did. They were able to get there right away. They also did a good job of cleaning up any mess and debris.

I had a tree that had been loosened during a storm. It was bending at an angle that needed attention. Bill was willing to come out almost immediately to solve the problem. The staff was very prompt and efficient, leaving no mess behind. Bill also suggested that I call the other companies I called previously about an estimate to cancel, which I thought was very courteous and responsible of him. Bill also trimmed two other trees in my yard, and did a good job. My only regret about the job was that one of the trees that was not uprooted was cut at a slant towards the ground, which is immediately obvious when you walk into the yard.

Bill's Tree Service took down the tree in the front of the house shortly after I hired the company. However, they left part of the downed tree, partially cut up, lying in yard for about a week before it was removed. The second tree was very near power lines. I told Bill that I would like to be there and asked him to call me when they were ready to remove the trees. A few weeks went by and I had heard nothing from Bill. I called and asked about the trees and he said that I would have to be there when Power & Light dropped the power lines. He suggested a day which wouldn't work with my schedule. I called back later the same afternoon and left a message suggesting two different days. He didn't return my phone call. I didn't hear from him for a couple of more weeks. I went by the house and to my surprise, the second tree had been taken down. I called and asked if they were going to take the third tree down that week (I called on Tuesday or Wednesday). I was told no, that they were too covered up with removing storm damaged trees. This irritated me because I had been waiting many weeks for him to take down the trees. Granted, we have had many days of rain, but there were several windows of opportunity when the trees could have been taken down, and he was now telling me that he was putting more recently contracted work ahead of me. So, I fired them.

Right from the beginning Bill s Tree Service provided SUPERIOR service. Jennifer answered all of my calls promptly (and I called several times with multiple questions). It was rare that I didn t reach her live when I called, but when I didn t, she always returned by call with in an hour or less usually less. Bill came within a day of my request for an estimate. The estimate was so reasonable, I couldn t believe it. I called back to verify that it included EVERYTHING that other tree removal companies had provided in their quotes and wanted to make sure there were no hidden changes. There were no hidden charges. They did everything they said they would for the price that was quoted and they did it better than I had expected. Their quote was less than half of one company s and a third of another company s. There was A LOT of saw dust from all the tree limbs that needed to be cut so it could be hauled away and they even managed to get just about all of it up. They went above and beyond to take care not to damage our flowers, patio furniture, bird house, bird bath, garden statues, etc. by moving all of these items that were movable. The 5 men that performed our job were all courteous and professional. They raked our yard and removed ALL debris. After they left there was nothing left for me to do. There is not one thing in this whole experience that did not exceed my expectations!! Oh, and you can keep the wood chips if you want to use them as mulch!!!

I phoned for a quote. Bill came out on a Sunday and gave me a quote to do the work the following week depending on the weather. However it has know been over three weeks and we haven't seen or heard from anyone. Therefore I assume they are not going to do the work?

Good service. Removed stump 3-4 days later.

Bill was knowledgeable about tree and stump removal, and informed me of the variables of doing the work in December (might have to do stump grinding another day, due to moisture). He was thorough, reminding me to call ahead to have the underground cables marked. He was generous with his expertise, giving me comments on the trees I was removing and why it was a good idea. He was prompt, and indicated he could have done the work soon. I would have trusted him with the job.

They were pleasant to work with and they seemed very fair with their price.

He was quick and the tree was hauled way within 45 minutes. His price was better than other $125.

Had to drop a tree in one particular spot and they put it right where it was supposed to be. Perfect shot!!

They cleaned up behind themselves. They did an excellent job! The appointment was scheduled around my schedule. I have been trying to get this done since July and the weather made it impossible, but they worked with me to find a good day with no rain. They worked very well with me to try to get this done. They would call me to see if it was raining on my side of town and to see if I would be available.

They cleaned up when they were done. They even watered a tree that they thought was having a problem because of the drought.

I called Bill's Tree Service. They came out to estimate the cost the same day. They did the work the following day. They have the equipment and the manpower to do the job. They left the yard in better shape than it was before they arrived. Friendly and courteous.

He was in and out and did a great job. They worked so well to keep all the limbs on our yard once cut and removed any that fell anywhere else right away.

I stayed home from work to oversee the work, but Bill's tree service did not show up and did not call.

Excellent. Bill and crew arrived on time, worked quickly, efficiently and did a great job. They came early and on a Sunday in order to accommodate our schedule at the time.

A 100 year old Pine tree had been hit by lightning and the trunk was rotting, creating a hazard of weakened branches. The father Bill came out to give the estimate in a timely fashion and said the job would be done in a week to 10 days. After that, it seemed difficult for them to actually come do the job -- family situation, a flat tire on a truck, other emergencies, a big job, etc. After a month of this, I told them I would have to get someone else. They then promised the job within 4 days. The son Corey arrived on time with a crew and big chipper on a truck. They worked steadily for 2 hours. They removed all branches, chipped what they could, and loaded the huge branches and trunk parts onto pick up trucks. They raked and swept up, leaving the area clean.

Bill came and did the estimate, but then sent his son and a crew out to do the actual removal. They did not dig down and remove any of the stumps, but instead cut the shrubs level with the ground. When I called to ask them to remove the stumps (willing to pay an extra charge if necessary), they said it couldn't be done. I would have appreciated knowing that up front, as we could have done the same job they did ourselves.

Bill did an excellent job. The work was done while we were at work. When I came home, the tree was gone as well as the large amount of branches and limbs I had piled near there. The site is cleaner than I expected it would be. Other than the fact the tree is gone, we couldn't even tell they were there. The surrounding grass is free from ANY leftover debris! The company was responsive to my calls, and did a first-rate job.

He wrote up a quote for about $5000, which was considerably more than others. He mentioned the difficulty of the job. And he didn't even leave the quote -- he wrote it up and took it with him. I got the impression that he didn't want the business.

Came for an estimate one day, did the work the next. Rates very reasonable compared to other companies. Completed work quickly, cleaned all debris.

Bill and his crew were on time. They were very professional. Bill is very knowledgeable about trees. He recommended against cutting some down and encouraged us to just trim them instead. He couldn't complete the job the first day but they came back the next day that weather permitted. They cleared branches off over our house and garage. The crew moved our boat trailer and planters so nothing would fall on them. They left the yard very clean. I'm sure we'll use them again.

We were very pleased with Bill/Cory as always. Prompt in coming out the first time; did have to return to grind stumps as the utilities needed to be marked. Weather detained that process a little, but overall a great job. Truly never would have known there were trees there. They actually cleaned up branches we had lying around the yard in other places.
