Bill's originally came out to clean up the red bud tree and remove one limb. When he came, he discovered another limb had to be taken down and they took it down without any extra charge. He did a real nice job.

Bill arrived promptly as promised gave a very competitive estimate and promptly had his crew at my home to do the work. They did the work quickly removed all wood and cleaned up left so quick that I didnt get a chance to pay but bill returned just as quickly to receive payment excellent service.

They were the lowest bid, but it didn’t work out very well. I will not use them again in the future. They agreed to cut all the large trunks of the trees into wood for the fireplace, but they cut wood from only one tree and didn’t so the other as they didn’t want to carry it. They then came up with all kinds of excuses and we had to push them to get the work done; infact they cut corners in everything. They were very terrible and left the shavings of the trees saying that with a couple of rains it will all sink into the drains, which didn’t happen. They didn’t do the right job.

Totally disappointing. I wanted a cottonwood tree removed from my backyard and got an estimate from Bill and mutually agreed to have it done. His crew came to my house on the appointed date and set up their tools etc. but decided that they cannot do that that day because of the wind that day. Even before, they were grumbling about the possible damage to plants around the tree etc. Mr. Bill told me he cares about the tree climber and he was uncomfortable climbing the tree that day which I certainly understood. In any case, they agreed to come back a couple of days later. However they did not come back on the new date as promised, nor did they call me about rescheduling. A week or so later, his office left a message saying that they can do the work, but they wanted an amount significantly higher than what we had mutually agreed. Obviously I felt let down. I do not think I will ever use him again. Incidentally I have the job done through a competing tree service in a most professional manner at a cost much lower than what I had agreed with Mr. Bill.

The entire process was an excellent experience. The service at the office was very efficient. The estimate was done right away by the company owner. The tree was removed about 10 days later over a morning by the owner's son and his crew. Because it was in a natural wooded area, the surrounding brush was removed by the men so there was room to work. Permission was asked before touching anything. Everyone was very conscientious and courteous The tree was taken all the way to ground, the debris hauled away completely and the worksite was left in perfect condition. We could not have been happier! I highly recommend this company!

Bill gave us excellent service. He was friendly and polite. He and his crew left our yard in spotless condition and were careful not to ruin some newly planted grass beneath the tree.

It went very well. They worked quickly and professionally in the extreme heat. Did all the trimming needed. Took everything away and left nothing behind. Very pleased.

He was able to book me quickly, as well as performed the work quickly. He disposed of all of the debris in a reasonable amount of time. It was a very good experience.

I called three tree service companies for estimates. Received estimates from two and price was close but selected Bill's based on their response and ability to complete the work quickly. Estimate was received next day after phone call and tree removal completed the following day. The stump removal was delayed for a short period as there had been a lot of rain. I am very pleased with the work and satisfied with the overall job.

Bill's Tree Service was prompt, thorough, and cleaned up well after a dozen trees fell. I would use them again.

We showed him the tree that we had in question and he gave us all the pros and cons and gave us two prices. We are very happy. He is a very nice guy and very professional. He also gave us an estimate of how long it would take.

They did an excellent job. The overgrown area at the back of our property had bothered us for some time. They cleared it out by cutting it back several feet. It looks much better now. They removed all the brush, vines, and small trees and cleaned everything up. They also removed a dead blue spruce tree from our front yard and ground the stump. They even ground the larger roots. They are very thorough and even had the utilities marked before grinding the stump. The were very easy to work with and very trustworthy. If we need more tree work in the future, we will definitely call them.

Bill came to our home and Saturday for a free estimate, working with our crazy work schedule. Very professional and very tactful. Price was very reasonable, considering it was for 5 UGLY, NASTY, fruit trees. No pressure salesman. The trees, sawdust, and the majority of the leaves that were underneath them were gone before we got home on Wednesday. To me and my family it was a very pleasant, not stressful, experience. Bill and his crew left behind a very delightful open space for my family to enjoy. THANK YOU!

They are great. He gives me a whale of a deal. I play poker with his son and we are good friends so he did pretty good. He gave me a good price. He didn't do it for nothing but he gave me a good price. He is reasonable. He's done tree service for me every since I've been here. He has taken down a total of 81 trees. In my particular situation sometimes I am put off for a little bit because I am not charged as much. For the most part they are very prompt and very professional. It is a good group. They are quick and fast about doing their work. His price is in line with everybody else. They work me in when they can. They are very punctual.

I like Bill. I thought he seemed understanding about my situation which is that I can't have everything done at once. He didn't pressure me into doing everything. There were 3 workman here and they worked pretty quickly. They seem to have done a very good job.

I needed to have the overhanging branches and the trees removed and removed quickly, at the request (demand) of my homeowners insurance . Mr. Allen gave me a quote on Saturday, 8/21 that was $500!!! less than the other quote I got for the same job, and because I was in a time crunch came out the next day, on Sunday morning, to do the job. He did exactly what I asked him to do and did it quickly and efficiently.

Overall, we were very pleased with Bill's Tree Service. They gave us a great price compared to other estimates we received. We were told that it would be a week or two out before they would be at our house and they would let us know the exact date a couple of days in advance. Instead of a couple weeks, they came within a couple days, but we did not get any notification until the morning they came. I was happy to get it done earlier, but the last minute notification did cause some confusion. They were there just after 9:00am and the trees were gone by 3:00pm. There area was cleaned up very well and they did a great job of cutting the stumps very close to the ground. They definitely know their business and did an excellent job.

Satisfaction all the way. Responsible. Cleaned up. They did a very good job. Trimmed the tree just the way I wanted and took the dead one away.

They did great! They hauled all of the limbs away. These were huge trees and they removed them in a relatively short time frame. They did everything they were supposed to.

Bill always quotes cheaper than other places I get a quote from and gets the work done as promised. This tree was up against the house and deck, I wasn't there when they did it but they got it down and didn't damage any thing and left the tree as firewood as requested.

His price was very good, but I don?t know about the quality of the work. He worked like a sub contractor for the landscaper whom we had hired.
