Bill's was responsive. I am happy with the work done with this Big Deal purchase, but it seemed a little pricey.

We got the provider from Angie's List and he was very businesslike and professional. He explained what he was suggesting for the trees and why. He was easy to work with and I was very satisfied.

Bought an Angie's List Big Deal - $99 for $200 worth of service. I needed a dead arborvitae tree removed. It took a couple calls to get a hold of someone, but they set up a time to come out so they could provide an estimate. I ended up having to follow up with them a week after the scheduled visit to find out what the estimate was - they didn't call or leave me any information. The cost of removing the tree and grinding out the stump was covered by the Big Deal which was great. They told me they were very busy and it would be a few weeks before they would be able to come out (which was fine with me) and they would call me to let me know when they would be coming, although I wouldn't need to be home. I was out in my yard this past weekend and noticed that the tree was gone. They did a really nice job with removal. Overall, I'm very happy with the service but the communication could be improved. It would have been nice to know when they were coming.

I purchased the big deal ($99 for $200 in services). Corey came out to do the estimate and what I needed done exceeded the $200 from the big deal. I prioritized what I wanted done and he was not pushy at all about trying to convince me to get everything done at a higher price. We agreed on what needed to be done and I agreed to a total of $175 more in services. When he gave me the estimate, he was able to set the date for the actual work. The team (5 of them) arrived on time and did all the work and even did some extra work at no additional cost. Corey had me check their work while they were working and then again when they were done to ensure I was satisfied with the job. They cleaned up very well and worked quickly.

Company did not show up at appointed time. I had to call their answering service to find out where their crew was. They requested to push back the appointed time because another job that they were on was taking longer than they expected. I agreed to that request, but much later in the afternoon again, I had to call to find out where they were . At that time I cancelled the job, because they did not try to get a hold of me at all that whole day until I did cancel them. I stayed at home that day to be there in case any problems came up. I didn't know that the problem would be them not upholding their appointments (2), in the same day. They did not even give me a call either time. I had to call both times to find out where they were.....

I spent a lot more than the coupon. The work done took only about 30 minutes.

neat,professional,couldn't ask for better

Bill's Tree Service is often in our neighborhood with lots of repeat customers. We contacted them to cut some dead trees down as well as some trimming. They arrived on time and finished the job within a couple of hours. The trees were cut into manageable pieces as our son in law wanted them for firewood. All areas around the trees were cleaned up and all debris hauled away. We had a total of 6 trees cut down and we felt the price to be fair and competitive. They did an excellent job and we highly recommend them.

It was very good. They did everything I wanted.

I purchased a Big Deal for $200 worth of tree service for $99. The estimator came out to my house and gave me a thorough assessment of all of our trees on our property, which was very helpful and drew our attention to a few issues we didn't know we had. We opted to do only some of the work at this time. A large limb (more like a small tree) had fallen off of a hickory tree and punctured the roof of our shed. It made a such perfect hole that the limb appeared to be resting on the roof of the shed! Anyway, I digress. Bill's Tree Service was booked up for 2 weeks when I scheduled the work, but they contacted me as promised after that time and scheduled the work for the following day. The limb was removed without incident and the area was perfectly cleaned up, leaving no evidence that anyone had been there. They also cut and removed some other limbs and debris from a separate area of the property. I would use them again without hesitation.

Worked with Bill's son Corey. He was very professional. He performed the estimate and was present for the actual work to ensure everything was taken care of per our agreement. I will use Bill's Tree Service again and would highly recommend Bill's Tree Service to people in the future.

Cory and the crew from Bill's Tree Service came out and did a terrific job. They trimmed our 3 medium to large maple trees and 2 ever green trees. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. Plus, they took away all the cut branches and leaves. I highly recommend them!

It went well. Both the estimate and service were scheduled promptly. They even came out a little earlier than the scheduled appointment time after calling first to verify that it would be alright. I am most impressed with the work they did on my tree. It had grown far too tall and was overtaking my ranch house. It was trimmed back nicely and the yard was cleaned up afterwards. Overall, it was a good experience.

Corey made an appointment for an estimate, was on time. He called right before arrival so I could put up the dogs. All the workers were very nice.

I contact them through rapid connect, but they never got in touch with me. Angie’s list called in a while later to check in on me and said that they would follow up with the company. However, I still never heard from them.

In additinon, they also provided professional advice regarding other trees in my yard. I'll definitely use them again.

They did an great job. They were professional and punctual. They came out with a large enough crew so they were able to get the job done quickly.

Bill's son called ahead to advise me of the scope of work needed. He managed the work crew and did a great job. Thank you!

Corey and his crew showed up at the promised time and completed the take down of both trees with no damage to surrounding structures.

Did a great job. cut down tall tree, cleaned up well. They said they would come back to grind the stump....the said they would call the day before, but they did not. They just appeared and did it. The did apologize for not calling ahead. It worked for us so no worries!

Bill and his employees were wonderful people - extremely professional, punctual, and polite! When our large, old, tree fell over during a storm and landed half in the yard and half in the lake, we were very upset and did not think we would even find a company that would tackle the job. I called Bill and he came right away (that day) to give us an estimate. Even though he said it would be a "tough" job, he remained positive, trying to think through several solutions. He gave me an estimate for removing that tree and another large, dead tree that need to be cut down. I then called another well known tree service to get an estimate and they were twice as expensive - and not so positive about their ability to remove the tree in the lake. Bill's company was truly great to work with. We will not hesitate to call them for future tree work!

Went beautifully. They arrived with all adequate equipment, cut the trees in pieces, removed the logs and large branches, cleaned up after themselves and left in an orderly and rapid manner.

It went so well, that I want them to take the entire dead tree down. We have already made a deal. I am so thankful for them and very happy that I called Angie’s list. You are the best.
