No contract provided by contractor which is a violation of Indiana state law. Builder promised to return on 8/7 at 10AM to "check on things"and did not. Imposter has changed names of business (which is not registered with the state) several times and cell phone numbers as well to avoid being traced. Product is unworkmanlike (as deemed by legal counsel) and has been removed due to the dangerous manner in which it was built. I'm out $8,300.00, for the time being. Can prove all claims and have filed with the Attorney General. Name of individual is Jason Edwards and his business names have been All Things Wood and Painting, Outdoor Creations and Hoosier Landscaping. He is not self employed as he stated several times nor does he conduct business professionally, to speak nothing of the product (or mess) he created. Photos withheld pending legal investigation. I confirm that the information contained in this Service Evaluation Form is true and accurate and does represent my actual first-hand experience, or experience which I am authorized to discuss. However, he is advertising on a site called SkillWho still claiming to be a deck builder among other things.
