Great! I needed junk hauled on short notice and they were able to come within my time frame. I needed a few pieces of furniture hauled away which they did quickly and professionally. Later that day my roommate realized they needed help getting rid of a bunch of trash, so they called All Star who agreed to come back THAT DAY to help some more.

Perfect. Sly was on time, gave me a fair price, did exactly as we agreed, and I do plan to use him again.

He called me back while i was on the phone with the company that was suppose to pick up the items and gave me excuses. He gave me a time which was 2pm. He showed at 2pm.Removed the items very quickly and professionally.

I left a voicemail and got a return call in about an hour. The price was less than half of what the 3 other companies would charge to remove the old, heavy television, still in working condition. What's more Sly and his helper were able to come right away wh Ch they did! Other places would charge between $100 and $115. To take the old one And the new replacement smart TV we had bought cost only $280. They were pleasant also.

I had five large items that needed to be removed from the basement and several of these were assembled in the basement by the previous owner and had to be disassembled in order to be removed. Sly and Frank arrived exactly when they said they would. They disassembled all of them items, removed them, and cleaned up afterwards. They were friendly and great to work with. Highly recommend and would use them again!

Working with Sly was great. I sent a request to him this morning about hauling away furniture today after work, and received a quick reply and was willing to stop by around 8PM, which worked out great for me. He arrived promptly, was really easy going, and took everything I asked. The price was GREAT compared to others that I called. I would really recommend All Star.

Left a voice message with Sylvester on April 22. He returned call that afternoon. Explained my need for removal of old washer and dryer. (This is something that ALL STAR does without charge.) We arranged that Sylvester could pick up anytime the following day. I merely moved the old appliances several feet from just inside the garage door to just outside the garage door. Sylvester came by at a time that was good for him -- early afternoon as I recall -- and loaded up the old appliances quickly and professionally. My impression is that Sylvester is a smart and hardworking guy. He is most polite, a good listener, organized, and dependable. As (when) I do some major Spring/Summer cleaning, I may need some more hauling of various mostly non-metallic items, and ALL STAR will be my first choice.

I had been searching for some time for someone to haul off an old, upright piano that was too heavy for me. I had started to dismantle it, thinking I could handle it in small pieces. Then I saw the huge chunk of steel in the back. I still could not lift one side by myself, so figured I needed help. After some searches I located All Star through Angies list, and gave them a call. They were interested, very reasonable compared to one other price I had obtained, and said they could get there the same day. They called before coming, promptly took care of the problem, and were very friendly and professional.

Like last time, Sly and his crew are the ultimate professionals. We had a bunch of carpet and other stuff that had to be hauled out of our basement. And there was a big old console TV upstairs that weighed a ton. They didn't even have to use a handcart. They just carried it downstairs. They're quick to arrive and get the job done fast. It's amazing to watch them break things down so they can fit as much as possible on the truck and trailer. He wants to make sure if you pay for a full load, it's a full load!

Sly was amazing - I phoned him yesterday and explained my situation and he was here within 24 hours literally taking an eyesore away.....all while my husband was at work! What I really respect is Sly's compassion for the environment and that he wasn't simply going to and quot;disposeand quot; of the merchandise - but he was recycling most of it....I found that absolutely a quality that sets this man apart from anyone else....and I promise you once you meet Sly - you'll never consider working with anyone again. Sly is an honest, hardworking, kind man who will go out of his way to help you.... I will pass this gentleman's name around to everyone I know personally and professionally..... I found Sly on Angie's List....read his reviews and I will say this I am grateful to the people that do take the time to speak so highly about someone and I also found it says a great deal about Sly that he also comments back....even a simple thank you....this man should be teaching business classes to many coming into my profession :0)
