 + 0 moreHe is not returning my calls. The only time he answers the phone is when I use someone elses phone so that he doesn't know it is me calling. On August 11, I used my sister in laws phone and I got ahold of him. He stated he had been in Tennessee for 9 days and that he had a solution. He stated he would be here August 12 and he never showed. I haven't heard from him since. I've called many times. The last time I called him was on August 13 and still haven't heard from him.
Description of Work: I have water leaking in through a concrete slab. He thought by digging in a trench and putting in tile to drain the water, that would would take care of the leak, but it didn't. In the meantime I pulled up the floor and found the stud in the floor was rotten. He did replace those studs, however the water still poured in when it rained. He also removed 2 sections of wood on my walls in the den. He did several things, but none of them workded because when it rained, the water poured in. The first week he worked very diligently. After that I started leaving messages and calling. He did come out a second time and put galvanized steel on the wall and around the corner of the other wall thinking that would help. That didn't stop the leak either. That was the last time I've seen him--August 2nd.
