The company seems a bit cahotic. They failed to turn up to mow my lawn and required several prompts, did a poor job when they attended (were only on the propery for 12minutes), came the following week then failed to come the week after and required a prompt again. When they came the second time they did a good job. They then tried to charge for the weeks they had not turned up - which was most probably an honest mistake - however they failed to apologize when I pointed out the error. They also issued me with a bill saying I was late in payment when in fact they had not sent the original invoice. All in all the company seems poorly organized. They do do a good job intermittently but I am too busy to have to chase and monitor providers such as this.

All Seasons Landscaping did an excellent job, so much so, that I will be using them again to finish my landscaping vision for the side and back of my house. Melissa is great to work with. Her vision, and advice is spot-on. She is also flexible when it comes to pricing, payments, and services! Would recommend to anyone wanting to update their yards look and feel.

They do a great job. Melissa, who does the landscape design, is very creative. I will use them again in the future.

Overall they do a pretty good job. They have decent attention to detail. Not superb but most of the time satisfactory. They do lawn treatment and weed control and winterization. They complete some landscaping for us as well.

They did what they said they were going to do. I really enjoy dealing with Melissa, a designer and one of the owners. I have been pleased with the job they have done.

Things turned out very well. They arrived the next day and took care of it.

They missed out most of the perimeter areas and did not remove all the rock and loose gravel

I was ecstatic at the plan Melissa came up with for our yard. It was more than what we had hoped to spend, but I think we were out of touch with what landscaping expenses are. She kept in touch with us throughout the project, and we ended up having her company continue to take care of our yard maintenance. Overall I was pleased, however there were a few things that seemed to take a lot of time to get done (and one item never got installed so we just told them to forget about it and we handled it ourselves). I was able to overlook some of the delays because I liked Melissa and felt like she and her company were a good fit for the kind of business we wanted to work with. We have continued to use them for landscaping and are in the process of getting a second plan drawn for our back yard.
