Good analysis, professional approach, fair price, on time, no fuss

It all went as expected, I guess, as I was away from home at the time of the service.

He explained the process. Came on time and did well.

They worked out very well, and were less expensive. They were very quick to respond and to do the work.

We've gotten firewood before and people just dumped it and I did all the stacking. These two young men helped empty their pickup truck and stacked the firewood with me and they were both very courteous and pleasant. Even though I liked the young men who delivered it, I don't know if I would recommend the firewood from them because most of it was not only seasoned but it was over-seasoned. Much of it was really dirty and kind of soft. I think it's been sitting around too long. I didn't give them a call about that and we just burned it through the winter. They were very responsive. I don't think I would use them again unless I made it clear to them that I wanted something that has been from the recent past rather than the distant past.

They weer very punctual, they stayed in line with the estimate and they cleaned up well. I have used them several times.

I contacted them for a quote on tree removal. They came out and looked at the trees (we didn't have to be home for this which was a plus) and they got back to me a couple days later with the quote. I have not had them perform the service yet as I am still deciding if I want the work done. If I do I will be going with them.

The provider returned my initial phone call, and set a time to meet with me. He came promptly as promised, looked over my property with several trees and shrubs which were growing much to close to my house. He then gave me a quote to remove them. He stated that it would take about two or three weeks before he could do the job. His crew then came and carefully removed the trees and shrubs and brush as promised. I was very pleased with the results, and would hire this provider again with no qualms.

I called All Points Tree service and had them come for an estimate to remove a large Tulip tree which did not survive the drought of the summer of 2012. In 2013 only about 1/3 of the tree had leafed out. They were able to come the next day and left the estimate in my mailbox since I was not home. This was actually in June of 2013. I got a couple of more estimates for comparison over the summer. It was an expensive proposition so I didn't call anyone back to do the work. I decided to call All Points in February because the ice storm was breaking branches off of the tree. I called them instead of one of the other, less expensive, tree services for two reasons. The first is that They are arborists and know trees and the right way to trim depending on the variety. The second is that my sister has used them for 20 years and she loves them. The crew showed up on time and were done right when they said they would be. They were not able to clean up as well as expected because of the snow on the ground but I called last week and they came to finish cleaning up. The yard looks great. I have since hired them to trim the broken branches off of 6 other trees in my from yard. I am out of town so have not seen the work yet. I will update this when I get home.

Great. I asked them to stack half on my front porch adn the other half behind the garage. It went great and I was able to pay online. Easy enough.

I was getting low on firewood so I called All Points to get another rick. I've ordered from them before and have been happy with the quality of the wood. This time, I call on a Monday of the week we were expecting 16+and quot; of snow teh next day. They said they didn't know when they could get it out and because of the weather, I was expecting later in the week. To my surprise, when I got home on Tuesday (in the snow), I found that they had delivered and stack the wood as requested. The keep your name on file so when I call, they just asked if I wanted the wood stacked in the same place as last time. There service is fast and they are great to work with.

By the time the driver was done with the others on his list, I got a call from the office that he was on his way round 5:30 pm. He found us around 6:45 pm. Plowed the snow on the street and made sure the driveways weren't blocked, including plowing to the end of the street to get out of the subdivision. It was great! We were grateful.

They have always done a great job. They wash everything out through the down spouts. We have been using their service for gutter cleaning for several years and will continue to do so!

They did an excellent job and were very honest with me. They were also extremely neat and cleaned up absolutely everything. They were very respectful of my property and anything that had to be temporarily moved. Nothing was damaged even though they had to work around many obstacles.

They did an excellent job. The result actually was better than I had hoped for. They were polite, professional, and efficient. They cleaned up completely. I am very pleased with the work and the conduct of the crew.

We were just so happy with his honesty. he could have easily said to have them trimmed but instead was honest and we saved probably 41200 in the deal Honesty is so important and we felt the need to relay that honesty onto others

They scheduled me, but because of a mixup they had to reschedule. When they came they were very prompt at arriving at the agreed upon time. the crew worked hard, quickly and very efficiently. the tree was down in less than 2 hours They were all very nice and professional. he clean up was excellent. the price was very good for this work and below that of others i will use them again and do recommend them.

They were very punctual, and resonably priced. They were very efficent from the time I got the etimate until the work was done. We were thrilled with them.

I have not decided yet to remove the large tree or not. No decision likely until this summer.

The trees were removed within a week of the original quote. They did an incredible job cleaning up their mess and left the cut up pieces of firewood (that we requested they not haul off) in a very neat pile. I would recommend them to others and would use them in the future.

They did an excellent cleanup. They are excellent people to deal with. They are very customer friendly. We have used them for many years and will continue to use them.

They are very quick and do a great job cleaning up after the job is done. Extremely friendly and courteous. We highly recommend them!

They were really straight with us. I think they are pretty good. What we like about them is they don't mess around, they've got a big crew out here and they finished up a lot of work only in one day because they had a sizable crew that came out and attacked it. The people they have were very good. We just like how they approached it and we felt they did a good job. They've been really good to deal with, the contact we used to have there has left but the owner also is very responsive. We like them.
