This was a wonderful company to work with. Everyone was punctual (very important) and professional from beginning to end. They even did work that we did not discuss at the time of estimate to ensure that the job was done properly. Just an awesome company all around!

Mick Keller was the salesman.He took photos to explain what was going on. We had snow on our drive.I told him NOT to drive up it,but he did anyway.On the way down he smashed several driveway lights.He said"Oh ,I'll pay for them" He never did,would not returm my calls either.It cost $300.00 to fix them. A crew came out,dug for 2 days,put in a fan and another sump pump.All fixed,or so I thought. when it rained angain,water was back in the enterence to my crawl space.another guy came out and said that the only problem I had was the drain inside the enterence was clogged.I got it unclogged and later found out that my crawlspace was still wet causing mold ect.the drains they dug were not connected to anything in my crawlspace.I' need to have the whole thing dug up,and a reliable company fix it correctly this time.

I wouldn't call these people for anything.

They showed me pictures of my sump pump which was 10 to 12 inches above the ground. He asked me if I ever heard it running. I said yes. He said it was impossible because it was not level with the ground. After I signed the papers for them to do the work I went down to the crawlspace myself my sump pump was NOT 10 to 12 inches above ground but actually level with the ground like it should be. I paid them $4000 up front. It's been over a week and I haven't heard from them yet.

He was here from 1-4:30 giving me an estimate. He said that he would give me $660 off if I signed the paperwork that day. If not, the price would go back up to $8630.

I am still having some leaks. After it rains a lot I see water puddles in the basement. They have come out several times to correct some of their mistakes. A supervisor was out recently trying to figure out where the water was coming from. One complaint I had was that they did not smooth the floor when the poured the new concrete. Their responsive is very good. They follow up on their work and they've come back to check and see if things are alright.

They did a very good job. They did it in less than a week and for less money than gutters.

THE INITIAL ESTIMATOR CHECKED THE BASEMENT THEN EXPLAINED HIS SYSTEM AND OUR NEEDS. UNFORTUNATELY, HE TRIED TO GIVE A ''HARD SELL'' FOR WHICH WE WERE NOT PREPARED. SEVERAL DAYS LATER A MANAGER CALLED AND ALSO TRIED TO GIVE US A HARD SELL, BUT REFUSED TO PUT ANYTHING IN WRITING. NEITHER WERE WILLING TO TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER AND WE FINALLY TOLD THEM WE WENT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. THEY CALLED BACK ABOUT THREE WEEKS LATER WITH THE SAME SELL NOT REALIZING WE HAD TURNED THEM DOWN.

THE OVERALL SALES PRESENTATION WAS TOO LONG AND FOCUSED TOO MUCH ON WHAT A GREAT COMPANY THEY WERE. IN ADDITION TO THE PRICE BEING ABOVE WHAT WE WERE WILLING TO PAY, I WAS EXTREMELY UPSET AT THE HARD SALES PITCH. THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT FOR WANTING OTHER QUOTES AND FOR WANTING TO THINK ABOUT THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS. EVEN AFTER EXPLAINING THAT I WOULD NOT SIGN ANYTHING TODAY, THEY THEN TRIED TO PLAY ME AGAINST MY HUSBAND BY OFFERING US A ''SPECIAL'' DEAL, WHICH WOULD LOWER THE COST, FOR SIGNING TODAY. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, THEIR PHONE REPRESENTATIVE KEPT CALLING DAYS AFTERWARDS TO TRY TO GET US TO CHANGE OUR MINDS. IF THEIR PRODUCT AND PRICE WAS SO GREAT, THEN THEY SHOULD HAVE WELCOMED AN OPPORTUNITY FOR US TO DO COMPARISON SHOPPING. I FEEL THAT THIS IS ONE COMPANY THAT IS JUST IN BUSINESS TO MAKE A FAST BUCK.

THE PRICE IS OUT OF RANGE.

WORK TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN QUOTED, SHOWED UP AT 10 LEFT AT 3, REMOVED CONCRETE BLOCKS THAT BELONGED TO ME AND DID NOT RETURN. I HAD THEM COME BACK TO COMPLETE UNFINISHED WORK. JOB WAS SUPPOSE TO TAKE 1 WEEK TOOK 3.

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE SALES PITCH, HE GAVE ME A HARD SALE AND HE WANTED ME TO BUY RIGHT AWAY, THEN THE MANAGER CAME OUT ABOUT A WEEK LATER HE GAVE ME THE HARD SALE AND ASKED ME WHAT I WAS AFRAID OF. I JUST WANTED TO GET SEVERAL ESTIMATES. I WAS APPALLED AT THEIR BEHAVIOR.

THIS COMPANY CALLED ON FOUR DIFFERENT OCCASIONS TO CONFIRM AND RE-CONFIRM THEIR SCHEDULED ESTIMATE TIME AS IF I WAS A KINDERGARTNER, NOT AN ADULT, AND COULDN'T REMEMBER WHAT TIME I SCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT FOR. THEN, LO AND BEHOLD, THE DAY AND TIME OF THE SCHEDULED ESTIMATE ARRIVED AND NO ONE SHOWED UP AND NO ONE CALLED TO SAY THEY WOUDN'T BE COMING. TWO DAYS LATER, AND I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THE COMPANY. TWO OTHER COMPANIES SHOWED UP ON TIME FOR THEIR ESTIMATES THAT DAY, AND I'LL BE HIRING ONE OF THEM.

THEY'VE HAVE HAD TO COME OUT A FEW TIMES, THEY HAVE NO PROBLEMS COMING BACK. THERE IS A LIFETIME WARRANTY. I HAD THIS INSTALLED THIS IN FEBRUARY AND BECAUSE OF THE SNOW AND MUD THIS WAS A MESSY JOB, THERE WAS A LITTLE DAMAGE TO THE LANDSCAPING BUT I NEVER MENTIONED IT TO THEM.

LIFETIME WARRANTY. OVERALL WAS A B+. REALLY GOOD WITH FOLLOW UP & RESPONSE IF THERES A PROBLEM. RECOMMEND VERY HIGHLY.
