Description of Work: KIM CALLED TWO DAYS BEFORE THE CLEANING DAY, THEN NEVER SHOWED UP ON THE DAY THAT I HAD SCHEDULED FOR THE CLEANING. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND NO RETURN CALL WAS EVER RECEIVED.
