All Brite Chem-Dry

Tom is always on time polite and wonderful, he goes above and beyond and we love the service and price. He takes his time and does not stop until you are completely satisfied. I have never seen any carpet cleaning company like them I have used him for a few years.

The cleaning went very smoothly. The provider vacuumed carpets first, then cleaned them and raked out the carpet afterward. The serviceman was very courteous and explained all the options to me for added services. There were only two concerns that I had. The serviceman was really late. He said his job ran longer than expected. It was getting past dinnertime when he arrived. I don't like to have work done in my home after 5 p.m.. The second concern I had was that when cleaning the carpet they have to run a hose from the truck to inside the house. It was very cold outside and I realize the door was going to be open for this. However, when he arrived, he backed up in our driveway and ran the hose through the garage into the house. His truck was running and all the exhaust fumes were just filling my garage. I would have rather had him come in through a side door. I didn't realize this was happening until he was nearly finished. I would have appreciated he ask which door would be good to run the hose through. Other than that, I had a very good experience. I would use them again.

Tom was very friendly on the phone and just as much so in person. He was very willing to help me find the best deal possible and - after calling multiple ChemDry groups listed on Angie's List - he was the most accommodating (approximately a $200 difference for the same services compared to Capital City ChemDry). He was punctual, friendly and definitely wanted me to be happy with the service (which I am). All of my rugs look great and he did not nickle and dime me while here at the house either. Overall - a very positive experience - I will use him again.

Tom is always on time. He came in and introduced himself to the tenant, explained the process and let him know how long it would take. Work was then started and completed on time.

Bob was right on time, very pleasant, went to work immediately. Went over heavily soiled areas twice at no extra charge. Was here 1-1/2 hours. The carpet looks like new! We have had other professional cleaners in the past that did not do nearly as good. We are thrilled with the results.

I live in a rental home. When we moved in the carpet was a mess. We had it cleaned but, it was still stained. After quite a while, we found Tom and he said he could get it clean. I was doubtful. After he vacuumed and then worked for only a short time it was amazing. NO MORE STAINS! He was only at our home for about 30 or so minutes and we were able to move the furniture back in within 2 hours. I will definitely have him back to do the 3 other rooms. He also did a small hallway as a courtesy. I would recommend him to anyone.

He did an excellent job. His prices were reasonable.

I chose this company because they don’t leave much water on the carpet. Everything went fine. They charged a little more than what they originally said but it wasn’t much more.

It went great! Tom really cleaned the carpeting well with his advanced machinery. I have two dogs and two kids. One of my dog's leaves really bad spots because she drools. He was able to work on those stains where she lays and it looks great!! Those spots are so hard to get out. He educated me on carpet cleaning and I was glad he did. I was lucky enough to get him to come to my house on short notice since I have a party on Sunday. Usually, I clean my carpets with my own carpet cleaning machine, but after awhile, you really need to get it professionally done. After all was said and done, he noticed one small spot and took the time to go back out to his truck, start up all his machinery again, and come back in to clean that tiny spot! The carpet wasn't very wet either when he left like other cleaners. He took great care of my home and carpet and I will definitely be using All Brite Chem Dry again!

He removed rust stains from a plant and urine from my cat. Tom did an excellent job for the price that I paid, because my carpet looks brand new. He even did 1 room for free and called to let me know, when he was 10 minutes away from my home. I'd use him again in a heartbeat!

WONDERFUL! My carpets looked so good, they are only 4 years old, light colored and there's not a lot of traffic on them. They look brand new, I told Tom I did not want to walk on them to put foot prints on them because they are so pretty and clean. GREAT JOB!

They scratched up a bunch of paint. He was talking on his cell phone while he was doing it, and not paying attention to my fresh paint. The first thing he did when he walked in was slap one of his magnets on my refrigerator, and the first thing I did when he walked out the door was to throw it away.

Enthusiastic about his work. Explained everything thoroughly. Carpet cleaning costs more than I expected.

Tom arrived on time, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was not pushy about selling supplemental products or services and performed the upholstery cleaning to our highest satisfaction. Our couch and love seat look new again with little or no evidence of previous stains or odor. I compared Tom's pricing with other vendors and his was very competitive and reasonable.

Very polite and even called to ask if they could come early.

They were two hours late though they did call to tell me this. There ad says that they remove pet odors, and I got the price to clean a couch and a love seat ($115 with the coupon). The salesperson starts talking about "pert" and that it is needed to get out the dog urine on the couch. This meant this was extra. I would not have called them out if it was going to exceed the $115 + tax. I was told it would be $240 + to have them cleanedm. I did not have the work done.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, AND WE ARE DEFINITELY GOING TO USE THEM AGAIN. WE HAD SOME ROUGH STAINS AND THEY WERE WILLING TO WORK HARD AND GOT RID OF ALL THE STAINS. THE CARPET LOOKS BRAND NEW!

TOM WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH, AND RETURNED MY CALL THE NEXT DAY. HE HAD A DEAL RUNNING FOR A THREE ROOM CLEANING THAT MADE THEM ONE OF THE MORE ECONOMICAL OPTIONS I COULD FIND. THIS WAS FOR A MOVE-OUT. NOTHING TOO DIFFICULT, BUT THE CARPETS LOOKED GREAT WHEN HE WAS FINISHED.

BILL CAME OUT AND CLEANED THE FURNITURE AND CARPET. WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TOOK THE TIME NEEDED TO DO A PROPER JOB. ALTHOUGH THEY SAY IT ONLY TAKES AN HOUR TO DRY, IT TAKES LONGER. 3-4 HOURS WITH AIR MOVING ACROSS SURFACES.

JASON CLEANED MY CARPET (BY THE WAY, THE OWNER''S NAME IS MINOR, NOT MAYNOR). TOM MINOR FIT ME INTO HIS SCHEDULE WITHIN A WEEK OF MY CALL AND JASON CALLED ABOUT HALF AN HOUR BEFORE ARRIVAL. MY CARPET WAS DRY W/IN A COUPLE OF HOURS AND JASON WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CARPET CLEANING. HE ALSO INFORMED ME THAT THEY DO WORK FOR CUSTOMERS WHO''VE BEEN FLOODED. I WOULD CALL THIS COMPANY FIRST THING IF SUCH A THING HAPPENED TO MY HOME. I HAVE NO RESERVATIONS IN RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYONE.
