Description of Work: All Bite Chem-Dry does all my carpet cleaning. We manage 65 properties and anytime a tenant moves out, he does the work for me. They came out the last time because a tenant moved out and there was a bit of a pet odor smell. He was able to not only clean the carpet, but he uses a special lemon scented pet odor remover when it is necessary and put that down. He also added some additives to the cleaning solutions. Once they were done you do not smell any odor of pet whatsoever.

Description of Work: Carpet to be cleaned was primarily traffic area in 3 rooms. I had a coupon special for $ 119.00 but of course I had more square footage, so it came to $165.00. I chose no extras offered such as stain fighter.The young man whocame did arrive on time. I expected him to vacuum the carpet, since they usually do and it also stated it on my contract. I asked him about this and he said that it wasn't necessary.. My carpets were not extremely dirty but I have never had my carpets cleaned that they did not vacuum first. He was in and out in just at one hour which I felt was pretty quick. He did an "OK" job, but I would not use them again. His manager did call later to ask about the job and I did report this to him,
