I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. I called the night before to confirm the time. I got a message that he would not be coming. I left several messages to reschedule. He finally called me back and we set up an appointment for the following Saturday at 8 am. He never showed or called. He did not respond to phone messages. I wasted two Saturdays waiting around for the electrician.
Description of Work: Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance to install new light fixtures.

SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT WITH THE CUSTOMER IN A PROFESSIONAL AND BUSINESS LIKE MANNER. IT WAS SCHEDULED FOR A DAY THAT OUR COMPANY NORMALLY DOES NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS. THIS INFORMATION WAS CONVEYED TO THE MEMBER WHEN WE WERE SCHEDULING THIS JOB. THERE WAS SOME MISCOMMUNICATION THAT LED TO SOME RATHER STRONG AND INAPPROPRIATE MESSAGES LEFT FOR THE COMPANY BY THE MEMBER. AT THAT POINT, ALL BRIGHT ELECTRIC, INC. DECIDED NOT TO CONDUCT ANY MORE BUSINESS WITH THIS MEMBER.
