This was a big deal purchase and they did an okay job. Their finishing work was not amazing. They did a fine job, but their finishing work was not very good. When they put in the doors they just left all the nail holes unfilled and stuff, so it kind of looks sloppy. The price was good. I believe they were on time from what I can remember.

Bought a deal off Angie's list. Paid the $100 but after submitting emails and pictures through the Angies list web site, never recieved anything but an initial short email requesting work to be done. Finally got hold of Jerry at the end of October and set a date for him to come do an estimate, he didn't show up nor was I able to contact him. He does have a phone and you can leave a Voice mail for what good that does. called Angie's list about it once and they said to leave message through the web site but gave me no recourse. At the point now just to write off the $100 and Cancel Angie's list if they won't won't stand behind the vendors that they promote on their web site. I paid money through their web site so the brokered the deal as far as I am concerned.

I purchased $99 for 4 Hours of General Contracting Services. We scheduled an appointment 9/25 and he informed me that all supplies would need to be purchased by me and that he would need 2" brads for his gun. I went out and purchased the materials he requested, but on the day of the appointment they were a no show. I called and a message told me his voicemail was full. I then attempted to call again on 9/28. This time I was able to leave a message for him to call me. No response. On 9/30 I called again and his voicemail was full again. I then called Angie's List to report him and have them reach out to him on my behalf.

After talking to All American Remodeling and trying to arrange a time for them to come and do the work, the contact stopped. I called and left messages for a call back and no response. The last contact I had with the owner was Aug 3 and I made two calls after that date and left messages asking for a return call. No response.

I sent them a list of what I wanted done. The two guys showed up on the day scheduled. My main job was to install a ceiling fan in my living rm. When the box was opened, a much needed part was not there and the store had told me it would be. The two guys completed the other jobs in 40 min. The owner, Jerry Harris said he would return after I got the other part and would complete the job. He told me to call him. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago, 3 phone messages to him and NO response. I am very upset about this because the ceiling fan was what I wanted done the most and he told me he would honor my purchase and finish the job. I do not know what my next course of action should be. He obviously is not answering my calls.

I purchased the $99 for 4hr handyman service to have our baseboards fixed, painted, and caulked in our downstairs area. I spoke with Jerry on the phone who said he would be sending 2 workers in his place as his wife was having a baby and they would be there on the next Monday morning, 7/27. They called Monday morning to reschedule for Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday afternoon, they didn't show up until 3pm and the guys didn't bring the right tools to do the job. They called Jerry who said to go over what needs to be done and they will come back Thursday AM to complete the work. We mapped out the whole job, they convinced me I should add shoe mold and measured it out for me and told me to meet them Thursday AM to pick it up. They would then install it and complete the other work on Thursday, 8/6 and if it went over, it would be $45/hr. Thursday morning I got a call that they would not be there and Jerry told me due to my inconvenience, they would be there Friday morning to complete the work no matter the time frame at no additional charge. I went and picked up the shoe mold myself Friday morning and then they were a no show - no call, text, or response to phone calls/texts. Jerry's excuse was he was busy in the hospital but he should have just said he was closed or would get back to me after the baby rather than string us along for the entire week. I missed part of work each of the 4 days they were supposed to be there and still had nothing done. He said he would contact me after Monday (8/3). I had to contact him Tuesday evening to only hear back from him Wednesday morning 8/5. He set it up for his guys to come Thursday afternoon. They arrived Thursday and it was a different guy than I had originally mapped out the work with and this guy proceeded to say this was too much. Jerry then gets on the phone and tells me I have misled him on the work load and they couldn't stay long enough to complete the work. I asked him about his statement last week that because of the inconvenience they would take care of us, and he said he had to "pay his guys $12/hr and had to get something out of it". At that point, I said if they couldn't complete the work then don't even start and so they left without touching a thing. I proceeded to request a refund from Angie's List but wouldn't you know Jerry LIED to Angie's List to say that the work was completed as promised and I now have to go through this to try to get my money back. Horrible business owner, horrible communication, and completely untrustworthy. DO NOT HIRE.

They did a good job. They were friendly and fast.

Jerry and Billy removed the plumbing that was in the floor and walls for the sinks and toilets. The plumbing was very antiquated and leaking everywhere. They completely remodeled the plumbing and installed all new plumbing. They are very polite (that's refreshing as some plumbers are a bit rough) and know what they are doing. They are very reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Jerry and Billy framed several walls and built several rooms for us as well as hanging a door. Before they began work we had a 2,250 square foot area with no walls or rooms. Now we have two offices and three rooms. They have years of experience, and they are so fast. They also provided some additional drywall hanging and finishing. We will definitely use them in the future. We have other projects they are working on I will be rating them in as well.

It went smoothly and about as stress free as can be expected with any remodeling project. Jerry and Billy are the owners and do the work themselves. They were timely, and they also accommodated our tight remodeling deadlines. Jerry and Billy have over 20 years experience and it shows. They are extremely polite and pleasant to deal with. They are "old school" if you know what I mean by that, they really put a lot of professionalism into what they do and are reasonably priced. Jerry and Billy do other things as well. Our project has many facets, once it is completed I will be providing a review on that as well for plumbing, and framing. I will definitely be using them again and wholeheartedly recommend them.
