Our experience with this company went really well. They had really good rates and they came out and did the job very quickly and were very friendly. They even made some recommendations to us so we could save some money.

UNABLE TO PERFORM WORK ON SATURDAY AS PROMISED BY SEARS. INSTALLED WATER HEATER ONE DAY AND THE WATER SOFTENER TWO DAYS LATER. DID NOT ADD WATER SOFTENER SALT. THIS WAS PROBABLY A MISTAKE BY SEARS. SEARS DID NOT DELIVER SALT WHEN IT DELIVERED THE EQUIPMENT. SERVICE TECHNICIAN FOR WATER HEATER WAS NOT PRESENTABLE OR PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: INSTALLED WATER HEATER AND WATER SOFTENER PURCHASED FROM SEARS.

ONE GUY REALLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, THE OTHER JUST HAD A "DUH" LOOK ON HIS FACE. I WATCHED ONE OF THE GENTLEMAN DELIBERATELY DAMAGED SOME PLUMBING THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WORK THEY WERE DOING. IT SEEMED LIKE HE WAS TRYING TO CREATE MORE WORK FOR THEM OR SOMETHING. THEY KEPT SAYING TO CALL THEM BACK FOR ANY PLUMBING, EVEN IF IT WASN'T FOR THE WATER HEATER... THEY LEFT ME THEIR NUMBER, NOT SEARS' NUMBER, FOR ME TO CALL PLUMBING PROBLEMS.
Description of Work: I USED THEM TO INSTALL A HOT WATER HEATER (THEY SUB CONTRACTED FOR SEARS)
