Terrible craftsmanship, can see the seams from across the room. The off-gassing for the carpet has made the entire basement unusable. When I called to express my concerns Steve from All American Carpet and Tile Outlet blamed everything, including me. He even said the off-gassing was due to mold in the walls. Turns out that he charged me double what the going rate for the carpet was. Had to wait two extra weeks because he said his installers went to Spring Break without telling him. That kind of work ethic was reflected in everything they did. Had just had the walls painted and had marks left in the paint. Steve from All American Carpet and Tile Outlet, is a bully, a liar, and a thief.

We have a bedroom that is currently being used as an office. Ron Mayhew came and listened to what we wanted. We had a sample of laminate that was used in another area of our home that we wanted to match. Ron measured and asked us additional questions. The laminate we had was no longer in stock, but a very similar laminate was, so we went with that. After we agreed upon the price, we gave 3 possible dates for installation and they selected one and was here as promised on that day. Installation did not take long, but could not be finished in the same day because the person that ordered the laminate misread the square footage. They had to come back in a couple of days to complete. We were going to be gone for a couple of days so it did not matter to us. They came back as promised and finished everything up. We are very happy with the product, installation, and Ron and his assistant. We would definitely go with this company again as their work was top notch!

They worked with our budget and provided excellent carpet for our price point. The worked quickly and efficiently and did an amazing job. After the installation the home looked brand new! We would recommend them to any of our friends and family and have used them on several occasions!!

As previously stated, from start to finish it was a very positive experience. The work was completed in a timely fashion, and the gentlemen who own the business couldn't have been nicer or more considerate. They brought samples of carpeting, flooring, etc. to our home and patiently assisted us in making wise and beautiful choices. The products were wonderful, and the installation was preformed with complete professionalism. We will certainly recommend them to anyone who needs flooring of any kind.

The owners were the ones who did the work, so since they were always on jobs it was difficult to make phone contact at first. Andy brought samples to our house, and once we made a choice it did not take long for them to start, and the floor was laid in a very short time. We were happy that they left the larger parts of carpet remnants for us to have in case something should ever happen and we needed to replace a section. They were very carefull, and did an excellent job of cleanup.

A good experience and work done quickly and clean up was accomplished as required.
