 + -1 moreTHE REPAIR ON THE PLASTER WAS EXCELLENT AS WAS THE CLEANING OF THE WOOD BASEBOARDS AND DOOR FRAMES. THEY MISSED A FEW SPOTS IN PAINTING, BUT VERY MINOR. EXCELLENT WORK FOR THE PRICE. THEY TOOK LONGER THAN ESTIMATED, BUT THEY HAD TROUBLE GETTING THEIR PEOPLE TO SHOW UP FOR WORK.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED DAMAGED PLASTER, CLEANED THE WOOD BASEBOARDS AND DOORFRAMES, STAINED AND SEALED AN OAK BANNISTER AND RAILING AROUND THE TOP OF THE STAIRS, AND PAINTED 2 BEDROOMS, 5 CLOSETS, AN OFFICE, LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, KITCHEN, ENTRY, HALL AND BASEMENT STAIRWAY.
