Description of Work: I called this company because I had used them a few years ago to replace a defective collar on a vent pipe on my roof. I had noticed a small leak in a bathroom and wanted it to be inspected.

Description of Work: In 2004 new construction poor roof installation. In 2012 house for sale and rubber roof installation noted to be faulty. Their estimate to fix what many would consider their mistake was $600. Bone dry roofing fixed it for $200
