 + -1 moreWe have used them for several years. We trust him in our home. He does the work. Randy is reliable and punctual. I think he's good. We've used him over the years and we trust him. He's very knowledgeable. I think the price is fair. I would absolutely use him in the future.
Description of Work: We use Air Perfection Heating And Cooling. He inspected our air conditioner. It was a final check on things.

 + -1 moreRandy knew immediately what the problem was, and he fixed in the most economical way possible. It was such an easy fix that he only charged me for the trip charge. Randy came highly recommended to me by my brother, and he lived up to his reputation. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable as well as experienced. I cannot say enough about how pleased I was. I am thrilled to have found someone of his caliber!!
Description of Work: Randy caulked a pipe that was leaking.

 + -1 moreI liked Randy from the start. Not a salesman, but more of a craftsman, he is very knowledgeable about airflow and the physics of ducts. He actually couldn't give me a final plan for the basement until he ran some calculations - imagine that - MATH is involved. I have recommended Randy to neighbors who have also been pleased with his work and stated that his price was better than other quotes. I didn't get any competing quotes for my job because I had contractors waiting for the job to get done, but feel I absolutely got a great value for the money. I will call Randy any time I have HVAC issues. If you have seen other posts of mine, you will know I am not very easy to please. : )
Description of Work: Reconfigure basement duct runs to feed each level of the house by reducing a main duct, allowing me to direct are (or cut air) to each level, in order to improve efficiency and better heat/cool the second floor. Randy also suspended and re-routed basement flexible ducts, moved the coolant line to the periphery of the room and designed all basement ducts so that they could be concealed in bulkheads. He serviced my furnace and instructed me on proper maintenance of the humidifier. He ALSO installed a programmable thermostat. AND, he said he would come service the A/C in the spring without charge, WHICH HE DID!
