He said that he would get back to me with some more information about the suggested listing price for my house by the end of that week. Unfortunately, I never heard back from him. So I emailed and still didn't hear back. Finally, he responded to my second email. He was polite, but said some family emergencies had occurred and he didn't have time to help me list my house. I think this type of situation occurs when someone is not a full time real estate agent (he is not full-time) and has a number of different responsibilities to take care of simultaneously.

Craig did a great job. He was always there for us and was available at anytime day or night. Craig sold our home in about 10 days and we then purchased our new home shortly after.
