Drew came highly recommended form 2 sources; worked with us on getting the design just right, was very responsive; prompt, tidy, and the project came out wonderfully. Drew works mostly with just one other worker on-site - so you know you're being taken care of by the owner. Project was a rather extensive kitchen gut: 2 walls removed, soffits removed; all new cabinets, all new floors (and the squeak is gone); new lighting and wiring, relocation of the fridge, new appliances; and construction of a built-in storage bench in the dining area. No budget surprises.

They were professional. They didn't smoke while working. They were clean, neat, and tidy. They were on time. They had good suggestions. They didn't scare my cat. I could leave him home alone and not worry. They touched up a few cracks in my ceiling in the bathroom and dining room.

Drew and his team did a great job helping us get our house ready to sell. AGA was prompt, provided high quality work, and offered a very fair price. The crew cleaned up after themselves nightly -- we could never tell by any messy remains that they'd even been working that day. Drew is very experienced with remodeling older homes, and we appreciated his insight as we determined what repairs to make and how to make them to our 90-year-old house. We look forward to working with AGA again when we need home repairs done.

I spent about $2,000 on that work. He did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up well after his work.

We had talked to some other contractors about this. First of all, they wanted to know what we wanted the room for. They had talked to us about our likes and dislikes, and then they gave us some ideas which were absolutely excellent, ideas about things we hadn't even thought about. They did the job and it's now going on the second year, and they did a really really good job. We had them do some other stuff as well and we're probably going to have them do some alterations in the kitchen, including putting in a convection oven and microwave. We really like gas ranges, because right now we have an electric, and so we talked to them about how we could convert, and they looked at the construction of the house and the owner of AGA said it wouldn't be that difficult to do. If we get a contractor for this it will definitely be them. They were really professional. It was about the personal attention. What ever we wanted, that's what we did. They custom built for us. There some windows that were kind of an odd shape and we had to have those windows specially done. They just did an excellent job. We did have a situation when the roof on the right side because water leaked into the light fixture. They came out and it was the shingles. They fixed it and it was nothing major. I just loved the building they did.

They were professional and on time. They were very knowledgeable. It turned out exactly the way we wanted. They worked with us to modify the design.

Drew was efficient, polite, and fairly priced. The work was very well done.

Drew was recommended to me for some hardwood floor work my wife and I needed done prior to moving to a new house. I spoke to Drew, sent him pictures of a staircase that needed refinishing, and he indicated he would get back to me in the next few days. That time came and passed, I called him, and he said he was very busy with another job, but would get to me ''by the end of the week.'' Guess what, no response. I called him one final time and got his voicemail and asked if he could please reply yes or no if he could do it. I never heard from him. I guess he is making too much money from existing jobs to take on any more. I would never recommend this guy to anyone.

WE WANTED TO FINISH THE BASEMENT OURSELVES, BUT KNEW WE DID NOT HAVE THE TOOLS NOR EXPERIENCE TO DO SO. RATHER THAN TURNING THE PROJECT COMPLETELY OVER TO SOMEONE ELSE, WE WANTED TO FIND SOMEONE WHO WOULD ''SHARE'' THE PROCESS WITH US. WE STARTED WITH AN UNFINISHED BASEMENT AND ENDED UP WITH AN AWESOME OFFICE/ENTERTAINMENT SPACE. DREW MADE SUGGESTIONS AND WAS OPEN TO OUR FEEDBACK. HE WAS ALWAYS WILLING TO WORK WITH OUR SCHEDULE, AND THE WHOLE PROJECT ENDED UP BEING MORE OF A TEAM EFFORT. BY ''TRADE,'' DREW IS A FINISH CARPENTER, BUT HE IS PROFESSIONALLY A GENERAL CONTRACTOR, WHO IS ALSO A GREAT FURNITURE BUILDER. WE ENDED UP ASKING DREW TO ALSO BUILD A WALL OF BUILT-INS FOR US, AND THAT PROJECT TURNED OUT GREAT, TOO. WE DESIGNED THE WALL TOGETHER, AND WE REALLY APPRECIATE DREW'S INVOLVEMENT IN THIS ENTIRE PROCESS.
